This is the most unclean McDonald's I've been to. Ask the person in charge of they could get someone to clean the tables off. A girl come out and cleaned the three around us. That was it. The drink area was filthy, smelled soured. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been touched in a month. Literally caked up in the floor and the sink countertop. The dining room floors are so sticky

This time was actually really good! They got my order right and even gave me all the sauces and extras I ordered, the food was super fresh, like hot fries that we had to let cool down kind of fresh, and while I had to wait for about 10 minutes or so for them to bring the order out (online pick-up from the app) I feel like it was worth it to have my order as good as it was. They've let me down quite a bit recently, messed up food or missing items, but this was a really great visit and I give them a whole lot of credit for that.

Well McDonalds you lost 2 stars due to a rude employee. I ordered and the screen was correct. Paid at the first window with a very polite young lady and then at the 2nd window was handed a bag. I looked in it and all that was there was a chicken sandwich so I was missing 2 medium fries. I told the young man that 2 orders of fries were missing and he stated that fries were not rung up. I asked him why did I pay nearly 10.00 for just a chicken sandwich. He said pull up to the handicap spot and wait. He was just very rude and unprofessional. A nice lady brought the fries out in a short time. The food was very good and we are frequent customers but I really wish the young man had some customer service skills. First of all he was just down right rude and had a hateful demeanor and secondly he lied because I was charged and he did not take the time to look before he hurled out his snotty reply. I get that they have to deal with rude customers and I know working in fast food can be difficult but I was polite to him and just wanted what I paid for.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and a quarter pounder meal through doordash and they canceled the order after I already paid $30 then blamed the dasher! I would understand if it was a complicated meal but it was so simple. Never buying from hartselle al McDonald’s again!

They were helpful when asked. The place was dirty though. No clean tables, no clean kids seats, no straws, etc. I wasn't very happy with it. Food wash fresh when we got it. Probably won't go back if I can help it.

Loved trying the McDouble, Small French Fries & a Large drink of Unsweet Tea for my taste of my experience & my brother had a Quarter Pound Burger with Medium Fries & a Large drink of Diet Coke for his taste too.

I ordered a plain McMuffin, 1 sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, a sausage McGriddle, a sweet tea and an orange juice and of course my McMuffin had cheese on it.

These are the best in food service!! They always give me my tea as soon as we get to the 2nd window in the summer. That's is so needed with out air conditioning in a black SUV.
