AWESOME!!!! Is all I can say I had my phone ported from total Wireless. Well let’s just say total wireless was the problem. These awesome ladies stayed until closing time and longer to help me. They where very nice and tried every way to help me. They stayed on the phone for long periods of time with customer service and total Wireless to get my phone to working. They called their boss and he tried every way also. It took 4 days and they got the problem resolved. They where super helpful and I wish they had more girls like them at other stores never once did they get short with me or frustrated i recommend this store to anyone and they also have the best phones. Thank you ladies so much for all you did you guys are awesome ~Sylvia

I normally have no issues except rudeness but today I am very upset. Two weeks ago I left my prescription here. My dr gave it to me early because he was going out of town. Today they don't have it. The lady who took my prescription assured me it would be on file and ready for pick up the 22nd. Now they can't find it. Said it was probably put back on the shelf. Just witnessed a guy waiting for his too and they forgot it. Most def need more organization and friendliness. ~Jules

The workers are amazing definitely need a raise for all that they do & not enough employees to do it all but yet they try their best with an amazing attitude it's a tall manager there he has short brown hair really tall brown face hair he is there every time I have been there & it a shorter man with a red long hair and beard that goes over and beyond for all the customers & with an excellent attitude no matter the situation so even though you guys don't have certain items they make it worth coming there they make a bad day great and what ever may not be there they try to find something similar or that will work and all while stocking helping others and running a cash register and dealing with other rude hateful people and they still manage a smile and a helpful hand ~Audrea

i've banked at regions most of my life and i'm 63. this is the worst place to call and speak to someone it seems like it takes for ever. You have to google regions and get a 1-800 number then go through all the recordings and number punching. it's not worth the trouble to bank at regions!!!!!! ~Marlin

I have banked with this location since I was 16. They've given me nothing but A Family Experience. You get Great Customer Service from All Areas. I do wish there were closer locations since I've moved to Arab,but gladly will gladly travel for their business. ~acetaker

The place is looking really good after the remodel some of it still under construction but it looks as if it's coming along nicely. As long as the general contractor pays me for doing the electrical work I have no problem. You've been putting me off. Tells me he's waiting to payed off by the owner in order to pay me. I personally don't think it's the owner he's a really nice guy general contractor that's another story. ~ROBERT

This time was actually really good! They got my order right and even gave me all the sauces and extras I ordered, the food was super fresh, like hot fries that we had to let cool down kind of fresh, and while I had to wait for about 10 minutes or so for them to bring the order out (online pick-up from the app) I feel like it was worth it to have my order as good as it was. They've let me down quite a bit recently, messed up food or missing items, but this was a really great visit and I give them a whole lot of credit for that. ~Mallory
