Many things in this trip. Why is there a LITERAL child working . And the lady at the drive through was sitting , coughing her head off. ON THE PHONE. The line is backed up. Bad. We sat in line for 20 mins, nothing was fresh so why were we there so long. Not to mention another employee had go around her to hand us the food. They forgot our drinks. It was 10, now 10:36.

Employee got angry, told me “get out of the lobby, we closed.” when the door was unlocked and the sign said open. I had a pickup order so I asked for it; to their credit, they did give me the pickup order but the one lady employee in particular was extremely rude about it. And they didn’t even give me the drink.

I got a combo meal two weeks ago. The fries were cold and over cooked. I asked for a fresher order and they didn’t have one. I decided to give it one more try since the commercials had them rated better than McDonalds. Bad decision on my part. Fries still limp and mostly burnt. Won’t be going back.

I had sworn this store off because of previous poor experiences but I gave them another chance. Thinking its been months since I've been here surely they can't always be bad. I was wrong. I ordered a family nugget, a 5$ biggie bag and a sour cream and chive potatoes. After paying, and getting no receipt they inform me they're out of potatoes and it will be 10 min before the next is ready. They asked if I wanted to wait. Um no I am not waiting 10 min for a microwave potatoe... and don't tell me that's not what they do because I worked with this particular Wendy's franchise in Decatur for a better part of a decade and I know thats what they do when potatoes aren't ready. Anyway, I didn't want to wait and they said they could give me baconator fries or apples. I asked if I could just get a burger of equal or lesser value because that was going to be my meal. I don't eat the fries, cheese or bacon, again due to knowing the inside outs of this particular restaurant. They told me no so I settled for fries, knowing good and well they're gonna end up in the garbage at home. The nuggets where soggy and half cooked. About the only good thing in this whole purchase was the peach sprite and my husband Jr bacon. 22 bucks wasted. Next time I'll just go somewhere else when I need to get a quick meal for my family on the way to the Ball field. This location is horrible. 10/10 don't recommend.

Got a sour cream and chives baked potato (even though I usually nix having dairy products), which was pretty good. Wish the potatoes weren't so small, and that they would bring back the broccoli potatoes (sans cheese).

I will still give wendy's four stars even though they always seem to be out of something, yesterday I went in and wanted a family size chicken nuggets...They were out of original so we got the spicy against my better judgement. We couldnt even eat it. I may as well have flushed 13 dollars down the toilet. At night they are out of every drink I will attribute this to being a new restaurant and they are still figuring things out. The people that work there are always nice and friendly.

Unfriendly staff, can't even keep things as simple as drinks in stocks. Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes, there was maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. They need to worry less about taking pictures for their social media and focus more on customer service

They hit the trifecta! Slow, cold and totally wrong. I understand the work shortage so I try to be understanding about super slow drive thrus. But can the food at least be what I ordered? Or hot... Or at least warmish? Husband says 'worst Wendy's EVER'

Very delicious, quite impressed with the bacon jam. This is actually saying quite alot as honestly I usually can't eat wendys as it makes me sick after the first couple of bites. Tonight however I was able to not just keep my meal down but enjoy it as well. Will be eating st this location more often
