After i was in a little wreck in Orlando my car was towed to this amazing repair shop. From the beginning to end of the repair Natalie kept in contact with me to keep me up to date on all the repair stages. She was very informative, friendly and also very helpful. I am so thankful to all the team for their amazing work fixing my car in a very timely manner. They all went above and beyond to assist me as i live in jacksonville and they coordinated the pick up of my car around my schedule. Chris and his team did a amazing job at repairing my 2018 Ford mustang that was vandalize. They conduct the quote and repaired the body damage in under 3 weeks and had it towed for free to a location of my choice! Chris kept me updated with the progress along the way and even offered to install my new spoiler and paint the bumper for free to match the rest of the vehicle. If I ever need any bodywork done in the future this will be my body shop of choice moving forward. Thank you Chris, Karen, and team at Caliber for delivering me a brand new vehicle!
