Twice now I have taken a non-jewelry item to Udry and was able to have it repaired no problem. After having been told a number of times there was nothing that could be done, Udry went out of their way twice now to accommodate my needs. A buckle on an Italian shoe and a pair of expensive eyeglasses. Both repaired with no issues and way beyond my expectations both in quality and timeframe. I highly suggest Udry for your jewelry needs or delicate metal repairs. Truly the very best experience. ~Eric
