I have ordered roughly 4 drinks from this location since moving to the area in November 2021. Each one has been watered down. London fog was made incorrectly. Chai latte made with so much unnecessary water you cannot taste the flavor of the chai syrup they use. Disappointing.

Great experience! The staff was fast and friendly and I was in and out and back at work in no time. I highly recommend visiting!

Sometimes the customer service is good, sometimes it's not. Often the staff will shout "closed" right when you walk in instead of saying "I apologize but we are closing". They also run out of materials/ingredients all the time, and for a while. However, I do like the positive attitude of some of the staff, and how nice they can be. Overall, could be better, but not unexpected for a base starbucks.

Walked up to order and before I could even make it in the young man at the register yells at me "closed". Just the word closed. Worst customer service attitude. It was 3 pm and the time on the website says 6pm. Fix your times.

I typically go to the O’Fallon Starbuck’s because it’s 50/50 that anyone working knows how to make a venti double shot. Bringing my whole family this morning for convenience and having all our drinks made with 4 shots and then pouring espresso before milk(essentially a latte) makes me remember that if I’m late I should just wait until lunch to go to another Starbuck’s.
