I heard good things about Professional Muffler and took my car in to have the front brakes checked, as they specialize in brakes. Another shop where I had an oil change told me the front brakes needed to be replaced. The guys at Professional Muffler were professional, courteous and helpful! They inspected my brakes and called me promptly to let me know that my brakes didn't yet need to be replaced. They told me what % worn down they were, and suggested I check them again in several months based on the amount I drive. I asked for an estimate and they had my car and estimate waiting for me when I arrived. This was my first experience with Professional Muffler and I'll definitely go back. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism at this shop. I was told by a VW dealership (I will not name which) that I needed new rear brake pads and rotors. After shopping around for the cheapest service I stumbled upon Professional Muffler Inc. They did a full inspection on my vehicle and come to find out I did not need new brake pads or rotors. In fact, they have an additional 50% life left. This scenario is a testament to the selflessness of these mechanics.
