MANAGEMENT OF THAT STORE IS VERY VERY RUDE!! HIS EMPLOYEE CAME OUT BY MY TRUCK STATING "OH ANOTHER TRUCK AND SEEMS NERVOUS" I ASKED IF HE WAS ALRIGHT TO CHECK ON HIM AND TO SEE IF THERE WAS AN ISSUE. THE EMOYEE STATES NO I JUST GOT OUT OF THE SERVICE AND I GET NERVOUS AND I GOT BAD ANXIETY, NOT TRYING TO HOLD UP PROGRESS, BUT IF SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY ARE NERVOUS. YOU WANNA ASK BEFORE THEY JUST JUMP IN YOUR VEHICLE. I TOLD HIM HE WOULD BE FINE. THEN THE MANAGER COMES OUT AND SAYS WHATS THE PROBLEM, I SAID NO PROBLEM HE JUST SEEMS NERVOUS, HE THEN STATES WELL LEAVE HIM ALONE AND GET THE TRUCK IN WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU TO HOLD HIM UP. THEN STATES DO YOU WANT THE TIRE OR NOT, MAKE UP YOUR MIND. I ASKED WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE, HE THEN STATES I HAVE OTHERS BESIDES YOU. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. NO WONDER HIS EMPLOYEES ARE NERVOUS, HE IS A RUDE PUSHY, MOUTHY PERSON THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN THE POSITION THAT HE IS IN. WHEN YOU RUSH, THINGS CAN EASILY BE OVERLOOKED, AND THEN WHO IS RELIABLE?

I found out I had a flat tire the other day (thankfully, I was next door at Walgreens). I thought I would have to wait forever & I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare. I thought it would be expensive. Well, not only did the man at the front desk look outside and tell me he already could see why I came in. He was so kind and caring. He basically told me it's not fun when things come up like this, and he's going to get me in as soon as he could. I then gave my son a few quarters to get some m&ms while we were waiting..he was struggling while trying to hold them all. The man behind the counter offered him a cup so he could put all of them in there (my son thought that was the nicest thing) lol I will gladly say ALL of your employees deserve a huge thank you! I didn't wait long at all AND you didn't break the bank. All of you are so kind and you guys are now my new go to for all needs for my car.

This is our 5th or 6th time here between our three vehicles. They always treat us well and have good pricing. The quick Saturday service is my favorite.

NEVER again will I use these shady so called "mechanics" touch my car. First off, the manager accused me of replacing seals on the car then came back after he did some research and realized that was part to the work they did last summer. When another shop found that they did not replace all of the components , 5 Seasons Tire's response was that was not quoted which is why we did not due the work. Yet I was charged for the entire kit. WTH did you do the parts that you purchased to be replaced on my car if you did not put them on my car.

We were not at Five Seasons Tire....however sometime back we were there and they repaired a tire for us. And did a great job. Today we were next to Five Seasons Tire at Jim's Tune Up.....Jim and his associates always have done a great job for us over the years. We recommend them highly.

Damaged my speed sensor when installing my tires & refused to take responsibility. Said couldn't have without damaging the wheel, but if you look it up on Google or U-tube you'll see it's easily done. Took the car to another shop to confirm it
