I have to say the gentleman at this store are amazing! I had a online print order (funeral program) that I originally tried at Office Depot and staples both who couldn’t print in the time I needed it. Found UPS and placed the order online for a different store a day ahead of my deadline. The manager of the original store (Cockeysville) apparently doesn’t check his online orders, I placed at 9 am pick up at 5 pm all to be told it wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I agreed. Next day I get a call with Ann excuse if he can’t print it for me 🤦🏽♀️. Found this location placed the order online then called to confirm it was received and that they could print it. The gentleman assured me they would get it done. At the end of the day, these gentleman got my programs done for me and even thought the folding machine was not in store they attempted to hand fold them for me. Excellent customer service!! Very appreciative of their efforts in helping me get this done.

I had waited 15 minutes in the line at Kohls to return my Amazon order and was told I couldn’t because I had a UPS number instead of a Kohls number. I went here expecting the same line but the associate got me in and out with 4 different returns without issue. He was very nice and efficient and I’m very glad I visited.

Kudos to the team here! Very knowledgeable about the in's and out's of Amazon Returns. Very patient, too. I went to the store at the busiest time of the day (5pm on a Monday during the holiday return season!) and they processed the line of customers and pile of packages FAST.

I had waited 15 minutes in the line at Kohls to return my Amazon order and was told I couldn’t because I had a UPS number instead of a Kohls number. I went here expecting the same line but the associate got me in and out with 4 different returns without issue. He was very nice and efficient and I’m very glad I visited.

I had not been to this location in a while. I will never be returning. First, the location is entirely inadequate for the volume of business they get . It is cramped, cluttered and customers must form a line that goes out the door after 4 people, blocking access into the store. Second, the service is extremely shotty. There are only 2 stations. The systems are obviously slow and antiquated. Most people are there for drop offs and returns. There should be a dedicated staff members to expedite. Of the 3 staff present on this day, 2 were new hires still in training and had absolutely no idea what they were doing and had little support or supervision from the senior employee. Furthermore, this employee was rude with customers, shouting "Enjoy your time waiting!" I was asked to wait for others behind with drop offs. After 5 people were allowed to cut in front of me, I stepped forward to demand service, only to have one of the new employees screw up a simple transaction. What should have been a 5-10 minute trip into this UPS store, took almost 30 minutes. When I complained to the senior employee, his obnoxious response was, "I told to wait! That's how it is in here!" Completely inappropriate.

This place will not be visited again. Employee/owner/whomever was arguing with someone on the phone and didn’t hang up and come to the counter. When he did get to the counter the the person called back and he answered the phone while I was trying to tell him about my Amazon return. He struggled to scan the QR code while he tried to hold his flat smart phone between his shoulder and ear. He then grabbed my phone…ok you get the picture.

I have used this store quite a few times over the past few years. I shipped five(5) boxes on 6/4/2020. Asking for assistance getting the boxes out of my car meantt with Chris walking away from the car. When entering the store Chris walked into the back of the store and another gentleman took over. I went into the store 6/11/2020 and brought 4 boxes with me and put them on the counter. Again, Chris, looked at the boxes an simply said I needed to move them for him??? really he is taking money for no service. I was rather annoyed and he said he did not have to serve me. I left and took them to USPS. I will not be using this store again. I am also reporting this incident to UPS Corporate.

I have been their customer for 8 years and never had a problem with any of the people who worked there. (There are two young boys who are so friendly and polite). However today not only I was shocked I was so disappointed. I was returning two packages, which both had returned labels ready, and the only thing I needed was to tape the boxes even the boxes were small. The guy behind the counter told me there is $2 service fee, I asked why and he started to say it’s just for taping. I told him I have never got charged for something like this. He said this is UPS policy, it was then that I couldn’t take it more and told him if this is true show me the policy I want to know where they mentioned it. He starts saying I’m the owner and this is the store policy I asked again which is it UPS policy or your store policy. Finally, with being rude, he said this time I will take care of it. Listen you can’t sleep one night and wake the next day and say this is our policy or lie about UPS policy. I will not leave this issue in here and will let the UPS corporation know. When I get home I thought maybe in %0.5 he is right, therefore, I checked the whole UPS website including the community and FAQ section there wasn’t any proof that they should charge the customer for taping. If you can’t or don’t know how to run a business get help from the professionals. I would never go back there.

After purchasing four of their smallest boxes, their only small bundle of bubble wrap (maybe 10' if that) and one roll of the lowest quality tape ever for about $30 I came back into the store to drop off my packages. I was shipping high value packages and when you do so UPS automatically makes you print out a paper for them to sign and one for them to keep. A man by the name of Jay scoffed at the papers, adamantly refused to sign them and was blatantly rude and condescending to me like I made up these papers just to mess with him. I am going to guess they get a lot of complaints because when I called the UPS 800 number (while I was still there) the rep asked where I was, looked up the location and then made a 'Hmmm...' sound and said 'Oh, to make your life easier let me give you the address of a UPS hub. I can assure you they will give you no issues.' She also told me I could go through the UPS store franchise headquarters to lodge any complaints. Jay if you read this know that no matter why I am in there our business together can't possibly be that intense, laborious, or requiring of such a disrespectful attitude mixed somehow with someone who thinks they know everything while never having seen a UPS high value paper. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job and at minimum I should be able to expect that you can do yours with even the slightest hint if professionalism. But based on the reviews I am guessing this type of issue starts at the top so the Owner should definitely be ashamed of his management skills as well as his Team. Well at least of Jay.
