I came in to get a haircut because greatclips was closed. My hair stylist, Jun, did such an amazing job! I'm very pleased with how it looks. My previous haircut left my hair somewhat choppy, but Jun was able to fix it up nicely. The staff was great and the prices were reasonable. I will be coming to this location from now on! Thank you! Never been here before but my usual girl is out for surgery so figured I’d give this place a shot. Looked up the hours, said 8pm so I headed that way. Got there at 7:15, door is locked and guy mouths “closed”. Funny when the door clearly says 8 and the open sign is actively flashing. Had one shot and blew it, won’t be back.

Went in and asked for a very simple buzz cut. 3 on the top, 2 on the sides. The stylist brought the two almost 3/4 of the way up the side of my head. In addition, while blending my sideburns into my beard, she cut a patch into the left side of my sideburns. Several minutes later, she said she was done and asked me if it looked good. My head was uneven (way shorter on the left) and there were still 2-3 spots sticking up that she missed with the clippers. She messed with it for awhile but I just ended up having to tell her to trim my entire head as a 2, since she was clearly incapable of blending a 2 and a 3. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with SuperCuts in the past, both at this and other locations. But this is not one that will ever be returning to. Easily the worst haircut experience I've ever had. This should have been an easy job for even the most basically trained staff member. Service: Haircut

Jenna is FANTASTIC! She is very professional and sweet! Great all around. She’s helping my hair go from a solid color to gray. Everything with hair is a process. She greeted me once I entered the salon until I left. She does amazing work and glad I found this salon since I moved to Maryland. I love my hair Jenna! I got my haircut just earlier this evening. The Gentleman was very pleasant and certainly knew what he was doing. With very little direction he gave me an excellent haircut. I was prepared to tip him but did not have cash and wasn't able to leave a tip a checkout. I plan on returning next time I need a trim. I did not catch his name but I appreciate his work! I had the most wonderful haircut today. ** I really need to edit this before I get my next haircut. I hated this haircut from the moment I walked out of the place. The lady that cut my hair was incapable of hanging a cordless phone up. I called and called and when I finally gave up, I just drove over. They were the only 'Walk-in" place I could find and when I got there I said I tried calling but it was busy so I figured you were slammed. The place had ONE client. The phone was never hung up and the lady that didn't hang the phone up and lost the place countless appointments that morning was about to cut my hair I honestly don't think she had a license to cut hair. She left long pieces of hair on the side where the other hair around it was short. She gave me a comb over cut in my opinion and I don't have a speck of bald to merit a comb over. Out of pity I said it was a good cut. I had just gotten vaccinated and felt safe enough to get a haircut. Today I'm going to Floyd's 99 for the first time in over a year and I'm going to get the haircut I deserved to get last time

I had a terrible day, was treated very rudely at another salon and felt completely let down. Luckily I decided to walk into SUPERCUTS where I was treated with kindness, professionalism and warmth. They turned my day around and honestly I won't go any where else now. Potitsa, did an amazing color job on my hair. (A hand painted ombre look... It's fantastic). She is an amazing lady and I am so grateful she was there and did my hair. She was so unbelievably smart and nice. Jess and Rebecca have both done my eye brows now and they are spot on at it. And both so pleasant! My review can't do this place justice. These stylists are talented and have amazing customer service. You can just feel the warmth in there. It's such a beautiful and lovely vibe.
