Crazy! I placed an order online. I selected to pay cash on delivery. Order was accepted and tracking said was being prepared. Cool. About 35 minutes later the tracking updated saying food was on the way. 5 minutes after that the store calls me and said they have no delivery drivers so I have to go thru Doordash. Otherwise I had to give my credit card over the phone and wait until they could find a Doordash driver. THEN I asked was the food even done yet and she said no. So I ouldnt even go pick up myself. Complete waste of time and now we have to find somewhere else to go. Smh second bad experience with this place. Won't be a 3rd.

I tried to complete an order that had a deal that was online. And I explained it to the black girl with the red hair that the website was acting up. And she act like she didn't want to give me the deal and she had an attitude. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Smh TERRRRRIBLE i Ordered 1 pizza not 2 but 1 pizza and also added a 20% tip towards my delivery at 🗣8:15pm .8:15 pm the store closes at 10 um 😶 why i never received my pizza ……….. i called the Shop the guy Ronda or wando idk if he was givin me a real name but he decided to put me on hold at 9:30 till 10 smh i called for a delivery check up he said i placed a pick up 😒😒😒😒 how when im clearly looking at my receipt ima need my 31.97 back ASAP SMH AT THIS PLACE HOPEFULLY COVID RUN THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS

This is my new go to location in lutherville for Pizza Hut great place, Extremely clean and and the staff and management is very pleasant food is extremely hot and fresh. My hat goes off to the staff and management of this location keep up the great work.

Never received our order!!! Called the restaurant several times and no one knew what happened to our order. Never again I'm done with Pizza Hut.

Code 8d6dmqqx44x. 4/22/22 Paid for sausage , onions & ham medium pizza. Got home with no sausage. To far to return so called 4 times with no answer. Won’t be returning. Brought 2 other items as well. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!☹️☹️Paid for no meat!!

Would have given no stars… employee eating while cutting pizzas- not changing gloves after taking bites. Completely unsanitary especially with covid still around!!! My one pizza was ready , never made the second.. had to wait another 15 mins for my second pizza, which wasn’t done at all. The first pizza was cold!!! Will not be going back to this location AT ALL!!!! Literal incompetence at its finest!! Calling corporate tomorrow morning…. Getting my money back one way or another!!

I wish I had a choice on the breadsticks, they wanted to charge extra for the cheese sticks, also on the 8 corners slices, had very little sauce & cheese & i talk about 1 inch away the the corners
