AutoZone Glenwood location is awesome. Great customer service and expert care in changing batteries. Michael, Store Manager, is great! He must be doing something right because there are a lot of people working in this store. Technicians and knowledgeable sales staff on hand to answer questions. Niji is a lead sales associate and she should lead a class in customer service, because she knows excellence. Everyone was greeted with a “How is your day?” “How can I help you?” “Thank You.” Niji! Claps! Michael went above and beyond replacing my battery in a difficult place under the seat. These NC temps are no joke and he was out in that heat, taking care of my ride. Affordable prices with good inventory. I appreciated this excellent care and will always be a loyal customer to AutoZone. ~Kirstie

Employee sent me to the other store to get a part, but the employee had my part in stock and the store he sent me to did not. and then this store closed and I couldnt go back to get my part. Now Im stuck. Will not return to this store, i will tell others to avoid this store. hey you, avoid this store the employees dont't try and you'll regret it. ~Jermy

With the shortages from the pandemic and now the Ukraine war it is getting harder to find everything. The O'Reilly's team at this store Is very good at locating stuff. Whether it is a hard to find part or something out of stock. They are really good at crossing one part over from one brand to another. They always try to ensure the part is going to be correct . they just don't send something out the door. It's nice to have a auto parts store that has such a vast inventory On parts to choose from and the knowledge to find others that have been discontinued or they don't carry . Especially with all that is going on and the challenges of today and tomorrow ~Jon

I've bought tires from this location several times. I have also had them rotate my tires too. They have always been quick to complete the work and get my vehicle back to me. The staff are polite and responsive. I would recommend checking out this location the next time you need tires. They often have sales, so I recommend timing your tire purchases around major holidays. You can typically get 10% off from them and also combine that with a rebate from the manufacturer. ~Trey

My wife and I needed a lot of help in our most recent stop here at this Auto Zone location. We needed anti freeze and lights and the good fellas at this location (Tom, Kobe and Theo) all we’re willing and able to assist. I appreciate Tom going above and beyond to assist with replacing my tail lights and assuring I replaced my antifreeze correctly. These guys are competent and do their due diligence!
