Whether it is a hard to find part or something out of stock. They are really good at crossing one part over from one brand to another. They always try to ensure the part is going to be correct . they just don't send something out the door. It's nice to have a auto parts store that has such a vast inventory On parts to choose from and the knowledge to find others that have been discontinued or they don't carry .
