While driving to Raleigh, NC, we had a problem with a loose metal valve stem on my RV's passenger side front tire. I called and Jared Taylor, Territory Sales Manager, said no problem we'll work you in and we'll make it right. I came in the next day and after a short wait, he and the tech, Josh, fixed the problem. Many kudos to Jared and Josh for the above and beyond customer service. If you are having problems on the road with your tires and you can get to a Colony Tire location, do so! Highly recommend this company and this location in particular.

Just had Falken RI 150's and Michelin XZE's installed on our motorhome. I want to give a big shout out to Dale and his team at the Colony Commercial Tire Shop on Capital BLVD for helping me resolve a tire balance issue. If you need new tires on your motorhome, this is a great place to go to get them. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. No they did not tell me to place a review. I just did it out of kindness. I don't usually do reviews of a business, but this one deserved it!

I had a screw stuck in my tire that needed to be patched. When I pulled up, I wasn't sure if they would take me because they mainly do commercial vehicles and mine was a Toyota Rav4. Even at noon on a a Friday they were able to take a look at it and do a patch from the inside (not a plug patch) in about 30 mins. Quick service and great price! I hope I never need another tire patched, but if I do, I'll come back here!
