Went in for a battery change on my 2012 Santa Fe. The person at the front desk said it would take 30 minutes. I checked in every 20-30 minutes, and each time they reassured me that they were "almost done." It took 2 hours. To change a battery that sits on top of the engine. I had an appointment, and there was only one other car in the shop and two mechanics, so I don't know what the problem was. Definitely not coming back.

If I could give Joel and his staff 10 stars I would! They where phenomenal! They worked with my warranty coverage, great customer service and had my vehicle ready the next day when all of the other companies where telling me they could not get me in for two weeks! Seriously they where absolutely the best!

Bill got me squared away. Got a flat tire but there was no available tire size in store, he called someone to have it delivered and there, I got my new tire. He went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent customer service.

The customer service from Mr. Bill was good, but I had to wait more than an hour for my new battery to be delivered. I was told that it would be there in 15 mins. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Outstanding service and staff. In the middle of a road trip I had an issue with my vehicle, causing my AC to stop working in 90 degree heat — my luck! Joel was incredibly professional from beginning to end, not to mention he was kind enough to show me the exact issue. He repaired my vehicle in no time at all and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this location. Five stars.

Came in for an issue with rear brakes later in the day. Joel and team committed to getting the repair done that same day. A couple rotors and calipers later I've got my truck back that same day. Thanks all for keeping your promise

I went here to get my flex pipe fixed they estimated the bill to $1400. Obviously that price is crazy AND the service there was terrible so I went to Henry’s Muffler shop where I received excellent service and a very fair price of $183. Long story short don’t go here they WIll rip you off.

I called on 6/30/22 to get 4 new tires installed & was left on hold over 30 minutes prior to me hanging up. I then went into the location & stood in service area in front of 3 pep boys service employees for 15 minutes or more with absolutely no acknowledgement as if I were invisible. Finally I realized my money & business wad not wanted nor needed & left due to customer service being Very horrible

On 6-19-2022 (Fathers Day) we were getting prepared for our trip home to Florida. While walking up to the car I noticed the left front tire tread was separating. We took our vehicle to Pep Boys on Capital Blvd at about 10:50. The ticket writer M. Kowaski (shirt had the initials (KL) was very helpful and informative regarding our questions. I did inquire about the wait time which I figured would be at least 2 hours for the entire job to be done. We had a 10 hour trip before us. KL informed us that it would be about 2 hours BEFORE our car would be worked on. Well to our surprise, as waited at the store, our car was in the bay and the job done in a little over an hour. I thanked KL for the fast service and we were on our way back home. KL and the technician who worked on our car were VERY INSTRUMENTAL in getting us back on the road on our trip home...Thank you!!!

Came in late to the Pep Boys on capital blvd with a flat tire. Travon really helped me out by ensuring that I would be able to get my tire fixed that night! He was extremely helpful and even showed me where my spare and tools were located in the car in case it were to happen again. Can’t thank you enough for saving the day!
