With the shortages from the pandemic and now the Ukraine war it is getting harder to find everything. The O'Reilly's team at this store Is very good at locating stuff. Whether it is a hard to find part or something out of stock. They are really good at crossing one part over from one brand to another. They always try to ensure the part is going to be correct . they just don't send something out the door. It's nice to have a auto parts store that has such a vast inventory On parts to choose from and the knowledge to find others that have been discontinued or they don't carry . Especially with all that is going on and the challenges of today and tomorrow

I spent almost 3 hours trying to find a shifter knob button for my vehicle, no one had it or did not bother to look for it (auto zone) until I went to O'Reillys store # 732 I believe on Capital, Jose went beyond the call and searched until he found it at O'Reillys on New Bern he got the part on hold and got me back on the road, Thank You Jose you deserve a raise for the great job you do.

Went in for a battery check and before you know it I had purchased one and had it changed. I want to say the staff member that assisted me was Andrew. He was helpful and very speedy. Overall great selection and quick/polite service.
