Employee sent me to the other store to get a part, but the employee had my part in stock and the store he sent me to did not. and then this store closed and I couldnt go back to get my part. Now Im stuck. Will not return to this store, i will tell others to avoid this store. hey you, avoid this store the employees dont't try and you'll regret it.

Amazing customer service from Marcus who helped suggest the correct battery for my 2015 Acura TLX and install it with 15 minutes. A great location to patron. Will be going back to them in the future.

Very friendly staff. Ordered a part and Jesse went out of his way to keep us informed including a call when the part was delayed by 1 day. Even remembered to ask us if we needed additional small items for making the repair ( clamps and radiator fluid). Excellent Outstanding customer service skills at this location, made it definitely worth the 45 minute drive to get here.

I visited the store to get a car battery replacement. James helped me with the transaction and installation of my new battery. This experience was the smoothest that I ever encountered in an auto parts store. I always run into a store associate who think they are the Gordon Gekko of auto parts, trying to sell me everything in the store. Or I run into a store associate who is incompetent but refuses to ask another store associate for help. It was refreshing not to run into either of those personas today. Great job James!

Bought a used 1997 F-150 last night. Great truck, but the check engine light came on today. Didn't know if it was a major issue or a small one. Called Ford about bringing it in for diagnosis only. Crossroads Ford wanted $125 ($150 after fees and taxes) to diagnose the problem. Here comes Advanced Auto Parts to save the day. They had one of their guys come out and use their OBD reader to diagnose the problem. No Cost!! Ford wanted $150. Turns out it looks like a minor ignition problem (misfire on 2nd cylinder). Guys, I am going to be a very loyal customer. 10 stars

On June 27th at 1:14 p.m. I called to determine if mask were required to enter this store. I was assisted on the call by Lateisha who offered very poor customer service and she had a bad attitude. Lateisha advised me that if I did not have a mask on then she would refuse me service. Later on the same day I shopped my local Auto Zone and O'Reilly's Auto Parts with no mask and was able to complete my purchases without incident. To be honest Advance Auto Parts has always been my choice Auto Parts supplier however after this poor experience I will no longer be shopping with this company.

It was very easy and fast to get their help. Stephan replaced my battery under warranty. He tested it first and said it needs to be replaced. He was very courteous and fast. I highly recommend this store for your car battery and other parts.

I had my battery replaced about a month ago (same store, different employee). It wasn't holding a charge. I spoke to Kelvin and the front desk and he was very nice and able to assist me right away. Kelvin went to test the battery and noticed that the terminal was not properly tightened. He was extremely nice and quickly tightened the terminal and apologized that it wasn't done properly the first time. He also noticed that the grounding wire had come loose and he could not perform a full electrical system test. While he couldn't do the repair himself, he got me the parts and I was able to complete the repair. I went back after I complete the repair and he completed the system test and everything was fine. Kelvin was extremely polite person and it was a great experience. I will certainly use this store again and ask for Kelvin by name.
