Amazing customer service, knowledge and always helpful!!!!! Mike is an amazing person and has helped beyond belief!!!! My motorcycle is down and everyone there wanted to help get her going. Mike and the whole staff! Praise to the store for all being amazing as well. I know I can trust everything that they do and will always come to this store first! Have been a customer for over 2 years now and cant be happier with the help, service, prices, and care for a customer. Truly a saving grace!!! Amazing!!!!!

I had an appointment with Firestone at 10am for services to my car. I Decided to arrive here even earlier because my check engine light has consistently came on—no problem. Mike came out immediately with his diagnostic utility too & quickly determined my engine light error was caused by a defective gas cap for free. He displayed a list of parts based on my other car model/needs . I only paid $70— engine filter, cabin filter, gas oil, & windshield wiper fluid. To compare, Firestone charged me $99 for diagnostic check, $20 for cabin filter, $43 for engine filter & $55 for an oil change.

These people are nitwits. I had to jump start my honda and took it back to Autozone to have the battery tested. They tested my battery, said it was OK, and recomended that i drive around to let the battery charge. The same problem occured the next day so i returned to Autozone for retesting. This time they said the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. (A new alternator is about $800 installed.) I finally took it to a mechanic who knew what he was doing and he indicated the alternator was fine but the battery needed to be replaced. I returned to autozone and they only allowed $57 credit to replace a $200 battery that had a 5 year warranty and was just over 3 years old. I have 3 issues with autozone: 1. The need for a new battery should have been identified on the first visit. 2. A new altenator should not have been recommended. 3.So far the new battery is working fine but autozone has seen me for the last time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING HERE! I had a dead car battery that needed constant jumping and amidst other life stress, I was able to come in last minute, get a battery test, buy a new battery, AND have it replaced within 30min all by Robert. He was able to compare prices, give me his honest opinions, and if he needed help- other coworkers were quick to help him out too. The teamwork and overall culture of this shop makes me wish everywhere had this level of customer service.

AutoZone Glenwood location is awesome. Great customer service and expert care in changing batteries. Michael, Store Manager, is great! He must be doing something right because there are a lot of people working in this store. Technicians and knowledgeable sales staff on hand to answer questions. Niji is a lead sales associate and she should lead a class in customer service, because she knows excellence. Everyone was greeted with a “How is your day?” “How can I help you?” “Thank You.” Niji! Claps! Michael went above and beyond replacing my battery in a difficult place under the seat. These NC temps are no joke and he was out in that heat, taking care of my ride. Affordable prices with good inventory. I appreciated this excellent care and will always be a loyal customer to AutoZone.

They greeted me when I walked in and asked if they could help me and then went above and beyond last week when I was here. So I drove past the other parts stores to come back today and Mr. Ross was amazing. Courteous, respectful, and super knowledgeable.

I needed a gas cap for my Camry. When I walked in the store I was cordially greeted by the ladies at the cash registers. I was helped by Nija, who was so very helpful. She found the correct cap for my car. And then she went out to the parking lot and installed it for me!! Beyond the call of duty.

Service was great here; we came in about 30 minutes before they closed because we needed new headlight bulbs for our Kia. One bulb was completely out, and the other was becoming dim and ready to go out soon. The guy was very helpful and even installed the headlight bulbs for us in the rain! I was very happy with the service we received. Prices can be a little high, but it was worth it for great service!
