Only today it was very bad customer service, with this person you have to be a mechanic to order from him. He can not look in the computer like the rest of the people. He wants to know how many turns the screw to the right or left,

I went there after leaving the Auto Zone on 70 West (who was no help at all), Mahagony(pretty sure I spelled it wrong) assisted me and gave me a replacement battery after I told her that Mr. Tire ran a test on my car and said it was my battery giving me problems. Thanks Queen!😁

I came in today looking for help of course , the cashier was no help lied, and was very uneducated about what I was talking about said the store didn’t caring any fuses which was very hard to believe I even spoke to him before I came into the store, but he claimed it wasn’t him that was on the phone of course but I asked his name while on the phone he told me Elijah as well as in the store and he told me Elijah so I was confused. Buttttttt the manager on duty Antoina was VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYY helpful she took the time to help me and work with me so we could figure out what fuse I needed for my car just wanted to make sure she got the praised because she literally took my frustration from 10000 to 0 and I thank her so much for that!!!!!!!!!
