I always have nothing but a positive experience at the Riverdale Kid to Kid. The employees are awesome and the manager recognizes me every time I come in 😊. I love that I can find cute and often name brand/good quality clothes for way less than a retail store. Always score shopping there with toys and clothes.

Love this place! They have tones of clothes to choose from. Lots of costumes for Halloween too. One thing I don't like is how you don't get much money for your used clothes. I bring in bags and maybe get $5.00 I guess better then the Di! They do have an option to donated to foster kids which I absolutely love!!!

Great Halloween costumes at a reasonable price! I love letting my kids pick out their costumes! The staff is super friendly!

I’ve been to kid to kid Ogden a few times now, and every time I am impressed with how clean and organized the place is. I always find good deals and I like how there are also maternity clothes and baby gears that are not just clothes. The staff are friendly and helpful too. My go-to place to get stuff for my baby!

We had promised our grandsons a reward ---to let each choose a toy for Grandma and Grandpa to buy for them. Kid to Kid had plenty of inexpensive options and each grandson left with his very own package of fun--one with a collection of bugs and the other a family of dinosaurs. Grandma and Grandpa were happy campers, too.

For the first time in a long time this store was well organized. Also we were greeted soon as we walked in. Employees were speaking kindly to each other and to customers. It was a nice shopping experience. It's been a while since our last visit. The store was organized. Products were well displayed and customer service was good.

I made a purchase and upon inspecting the receipt in my car I realized I was charged for an item I did not purchase. I went inside to fix this issue. The item was $6. They voided the transaction and rang the items up again. The total was now $3 less, not $6 less. The manager came over to see what the issue was. She said everything looked fine even though the total was $3 less not $6 less. I tried explaining it to her and she told me I didn’t need to be ignorant, the total was correct. I again told her the total was $49, I was charged for a $6 item I did not purchase, and was then being charged $46 after retuning the $6 item. She again called me ignorant and said I was rude. I told her I didn’t want to argue and said I’d like to pay for the transaction. She stared at me and said I was rude. I told her I wanted to pay. She said “you’re still arguing with me.” I said “I want to pay for my items and leave.” She said I was rude and wasn’t accepting my payment form. A nice gentleman stepped in and said “The customer is not being rude, she’s stated she’d like to pay for her items multiple times. Let her pay for her items and leave.” I thanked him. The manager finally took my payment. I told her I would be reporting her to corporate. She said please do. I told her thank you for insulting a customer and calling me ignorant. I’m not sure she knows the meaning of the word ignorant. Ironic. I would never recommend this store and will NEVER shop here again.
