This woman kept calling me a "girl" and I am 67. Then she kept saying "Sistuuuh..." ("Sister") is what she considered a Black tone... because I am Black. It was overly racially offensive. Noticeably she didn't call any white person "Sistuuuh..." Calling Black women "girls" is also racially offensive. The entire town of Park City has racial issues. I was just passing through but for the most part, if you are Black, stay away.

For starters, Julia is phenomenal.. Very attentive to detail, and making you feel welcome. Hands down the best customer experience I've ever received at any lulu location. & second, if you're debating buying any lululemon, stop right this second & pay the money. By far the highest quality clothing I've ever had In my life. I was in the same boat of not wanting to spend that much money, but after my very first pair, it is the ONLY place I shop now. They have the highest quality materials with the best guarentee available. Spend the money. Dont question it, just do it. Promise 100%

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great products as well, but you can expect to pay for sure. I think all the price here are the same as online prices and their other stores, it's no more expensive because you're in Park City.

Lululemon has always been my go-to for workout gear. This shop has some of the coolest employees, very knowledgeable and welcoming. The store was on the smaller side but they were able to cram a lot into a little space. The fitting rooms were still closed at the time but the staff knew how things fit and was able to suggest sizes rather accurately. This store encompasses the service I’ve come to expect from lululemon.

Very disappointed. Easily the least comfortable pants I own - probably the least comfortable pants I've purchased in the last 8 year. The material and pockets are great. They look great. Fit — unwearable. If you are a man in any sense of the word, you can't wear these pants. ABC technology is apparently a myth — more like BC technology. Also, the waist in my Nordstrom dress pants is more stretchy.

Just as a helpful hint for those of you wanting to shop here during the after affects of COVID-19, you cannot use their dressing rooms so it's not much better than shopping online and guessing as to whether it will fit well or not. To add to that, the wait to get into the store is really long as they only let 4 people in at a time. It was not worth the trip.

I've usually bought pretty basic gear for working out but decided to see what all the hype was about and went here. The staff was fun and had lots to say about the gear. The bike shorts I got and the top are awesome. The staff was helpful in finding me sizes and I heard about some free classes offered and events I didn't even know about in town. Had a good time and love the gear.
