Manager was rude and condescending. After buying over $400 worth of products in December, I came to return one unopened with price tag still on item. After pulling up the receipt, she said she didn’t see it, asked if I had bought it somewhere else. After assuring her I had only been to the store once and most assuredly bought it there, she told me I must not have paid for it last time!?—essentially accusing me of shoplifting. When she finally scrolled down the long receipt of items I bought that day, she found it and smugly offered me store credit, but no apology for her accusation. When I asked her about dog food, the only one she would recommend was raw meat. When I told her I was vegan, but that I let my dog eat meat, but probably not that much, she proceeded to lecture me on how I need to do my research and allow my dog to eat meat. After again telling her that I do allow my dog to have meat, she wouldn’t let it go and kept going on about how I shouldn’t impose my dietary guidelines on my dog. Oh my gosh, lady. Let it go. And how about actually listening to the customer every now and then? As much as I would love to support local business, in this case, because of your manager’s lack of social skills and respect, I will not be returning.

Our family LOVES this place! The staff so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of healthy food/treats, eco friendly toys and other fun stuff fantastic. On special occasions we always pick up a healthy cake or cookie from the Barkery which is located inside the store. We are so thankful we have such a great store in the neighbor and best of all locally/women owned.

What a cute and unique shop! I have three dogs & it is important to me knowing I will get quality products for them here! This is the best place in PC to pick up your fur babies holiday stocking stuffers and treats! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they give back to the community! Support local small businesses! ❤️ 🐕

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for me. The lady working there never acknowledge my dog and I. She was on the phone is the back complaining the whole time. I felt I was treated like a poor individual. She was not very helpful with anything. My impression was she does not like her job. I have never been to pet store with such a snooty person that does not give a s*** about pets. I was hiking and took a few hours to drive there. She put a damper on my day. I don't think it's acceptable to have this kind of customer service at a store. Good luck! You have lost a customer.

My favorite pet store - all the employees are always happy and friendly when I walk in (and I'm there weekly grabbing dog food); they genuinely care. They are always custom ordering food, and making sure that they keep what my dog eats in stock.

I love this store! I’ve been coming in for a year now and can say that every single person that works there is sweet, helpful and if there’s anything I need that’s not in store, they will order it for me! Best pet store in PC, hands down!

A unique store near Kimball Junction that carries some unique products. One of my favorites is a sleigh bell for dogs. This is not the standard bear bell that you'll find in a Box store but a true sleigh bell that makes a great sound and keeps your dog as well as all the critters in the forest safe. Super friendly staff with a deep knowledge about their products.

Our Labrador LOVES swimming. Do much that we have to limit our time on Lake Days because I get too scared he will just crash while swimming. Backcountry and many other pet stores down in there Salt Lake Valley did not have a vest large enough for Canyon or did not carry the durable lifevest brands we that we preferred. We were going camping up at Jordanelle Reservoir and pre-called here to make sure they had an XL vest that would fit 100+ lbs with a handle. The gal working there was SO helpful on the phone and in person to make sure it was a secure fit, and also gave us a tip or two on how to position it on our Labrador and which brands last the longest. Not to mention. This store is the CUTEST lil' pet store with a plethora of items, (water toys, all pet supplies, paintings of pets from local artists, ECT.)

Great local store. They have a good selection of toys and treats. The staff here is always helpful and giving recommendations. My pup is the destroyer of toys and the employee that was there recommend a durable fire hose material to that is still going strong. The prices are a little high but can be with supporting a local business and quality customer service.
