Mattress Firm Park City

Buying a mattress is the kind of thing most people do every decade or so. While a good quality mattress isn’t cheap, when doing the math on the amount of use one gets…it’s actually not expensive. I didn’t really want to shop for a new mattress, but I had to. I went into the Mattress Giant in Kimball Junction prepared for a chore. However, store manager Gabriel made the process easy. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He pointed me in the right direction and I’m excited to get my new mattress. The whole staff was fun to be around as we tried our different beds. It’s refreshing to deal with professional people. I highly recommend this store, this location, and the folks who make customers like me happy. ~Jay

Phillips 66

This place needs new employees. The ones that opened the store in the morning today - absolutely don't care about anything or anyone. They were late, and when there were several people waiting to get in the store, the ladies were standing smoking outside and chatting. They told everyone that they need a little more time. After about 15 minutes they told a little girl that wanted to use bathroom that she should wait 10 more minutes at least. So much for a good customer service. 👎 ~Johny

Petco

This store is making a comeback! They have new management and it really shows. The best dog and cats food brands are here, and the live animals look healthy and happy. The grooming side of the store is also top notch, so if you need to give your dog a cut this is the place! ~Bradley

California Nails

Not a great experience. This was the only place open on Sunday that had an opening. I called ahead and told them I could be there in a half an hour, they said come on over and we’ll get you in. They didn’t take my name or give me an exact time to arrive. When I walked in and told them I called they all looked at each other and me like they had no clue what I was talking about. Their pedi baths don’t have any bubble jets and the water was cold, they did fix it for me when I told them but I feel like that’s a thing they should check. Their chairs don’t have any perks, usually when you get a pedicure they have massage chairs. They seemed annoyed that I had gel on my toes when I came in. It felt like they were so rushed because they had appointments coming in the whole time. She took 15 minutes to do my toes barley rubbed me just slapped some lotion on at the end and said your done! Other then not feeling very pampered my toes looked fine. Service: Pedicures ~Chelsea

Bath & Body Works

My friends and I stopped in just to look around, and one associate Sara stepped up and showed us all these amazing scents! She was so fun to talk with, she was great at connecting with us, and just made the whole experience memorable. The other gals were awesome as well. They all followed up and asked us questions, and made lots of great suggestions. They all really knew their merchandise well and could speak to us based on our interests. I don’t live near this location, but it makes me wanna go back anytime I’m in town. ~Nicole

Hope Avenue

Rating is for their customer service. Absolutely amazing! They were sold out of a swimsuit in my size and called 4 different stores in the area. After no luck, they took my phone number and the employee reached out to her manager to see if they could find it elsewhere. They found my size, shipped it to the closest store to me and kept me in the loop with phone calls. All for one sale. (It was a very cute swimsuit, too!!) ~Courtney
