My friends and I stopped in just to look around, and one associate Sara stepped up and showed us all these amazing scents! She was so fun to talk with, she was great at connecting with us, and just made the whole experience memorable. The other gals were awesome as well. They all followed up and asked us questions, and made lots of great suggestions. They all really knew their merchandise well and could speak to us based on our interests. I don’t live near this location, but it makes me wanna go back anytime I’m in town.

Cashier 3092820 needs some re training. I tried to split my purchase into two separate transactions as I was purchasing some things for a friend. After separating what I wanted to be in each transaction she let me know that although they are two separate transactions I cannot use a coupon for each rather I could only use one of my two coupons on one of the two purchases. That is okay, however she then told me to go get something else because “it would be cheaper” and decided to disregard everything I had told her and now I am stuck going through a long receipt circling everything that was originally supposed to be in its own purchase. While this is good for one transaction. I feel as though 24 cents off is not worth completely ignoring how I wanted her to ring the two separate transactions up.

The employees went above and beyond. The store had single wick candles on clearance for $4. I was purchasing them for a gift for my primary teachers, so i needed 30 of them. The employees got me a basket. When my basket was getting full and heavy they took it and started wrapping them while i looked around some more. When i was ready to check out, the employees had the candles all wrapped and ready for me. The employee who checked me out offered to take them out to my car for me. I took him up on that offer. I was very appreciative since i had several bags and they were heavy. Great customer service!!!

My husband and I were up in park city for a birthday weekend and decided to stop by the outlets. Being a former Bath and Body Works employee, my expectations were very high because I know how the company expects their employees to act. We walked in and there were about 5-6 employees in the building, and not one greeted us—not the end of the world, but still surprising. As we walked around looking, I could over hear the conversation at the registers where 2 employees were standing and 2 were sitting on the counter, talking about their plans for the rest of the weekend. I asked an employee on the floor where I could smell one of the holiday scented wallflowers, and she told me to ask another employee. As we were checking out, the cashier acted as if we were inconveniencing her. The only thing she said to us was “phone number for coupons?” And then shoved our receipt in the bag and walked away. On our way out, again, no one spoke to us, but an employee upfront had no problem yelling at her friend that was in back. An overall disappointing experience.
