Not a great experience. This was the only place open on Sunday that had an opening. I called ahead and told them I could be there in a half an hour, they said come on over and we’ll get you in. They didn’t take my name or give me an exact time to arrive. When I walked in and told them I called they all looked at each other and me like they had no clue what I was talking about. Their pedi baths don’t have any bubble jets and the water was cold, they did fix it for me when I told them but I feel like that’s a thing they should check. Their chairs don’t have any perks, usually when you get a pedicure they have massage chairs. They seemed annoyed that I had gel on my toes when I came in. It felt like they were so rushed because they had appointments coming in the whole time. She took 15 minutes to do my toes barley rubbed me just slapped some lotion on at the end and said your done! Other then not feeling very pampered my toes looked fine. Service: Pedicures

Please don't waste your time. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because my original appointment in salt lake was cancelled due to the weather. I didn't expect much but good lord this set was 55$ and the nail tech had the audacity to ask for tip. I'm sorry but this was worst decision I ever made Services: Manicures, Gel manicure

Took my daughter to get pedicures and we both had such a great time! The ladies doing our pedicure spent lots of time on everything making sure everything was perfect. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Service: Pedicures

This salon was bought by Nails LaBelle & is now being run by Tracy who also owns and manages Nails LaBelle, which has long been considered the best nail salon in Park City. Yim, who used to work at Nails LaBelle now works at California Nails. She is awesome & my manicures last almost 3 weeks whenever she does my nails. I feel completely safe going to California Nails during Covid since all of the nail technicians are wearing masks and gloves and there’s plexiglass between the nail tech and client at each manicure station. They are also limiting the number of people in pedicure chairs & alternating every other chair. All customers must wear a mask. The salon is recently renovated, spotlessly clean & smaller than Nails LaBelle which means less people in the salon. Highly recommend!

Super disappointed. This used to be my go to for nail care but no more. A new crew, and when I asked was told they all had years of experience. I had to wait even tho I had an appointment, and when the girl finally seated me she continued to visit with her co-workers while I waited. She used her personal phone several times during my appointment, while I waited. My nails starting chipping before I got home. Day three and my nails look horrible. I have to go have them re-done. But not at this salon. Not ever again.

I felt compelled to write a review because of all of the negative reviews. I stopped in today for a pedicure and was very pleased. It is very clean, has nice massage chairs, tons of OPI and other polishes and uses appropriate sanitary methods like basin liners, one time pumice stones, etc. the massage was awesome. Don’t hesitate to try it out.

I just moved to Park City in December 2018. After reading the unfair and negative reviews...I almost didn't call California Nails! I decided to create my own review and made an appointment for a pedicure with Quincy. I was taken on time..greeted in a welcoming way! It was a very relaxing and thorough pedicure with a great massage! Fast forward a month later and I've been back for two manicures with Quincy and Annie! Facilities are clean and hygienic. The staff are very friendly. You have to give them a try for yourself before judging them!

We love this salon! Very clean, professional and excellent service! Ann, Tiffany, Trina & Jacob are all wonderful and give amazing mani pedis. It was our first time here and we will be back for sure! :)

We went in to get our nails done. They were short staffed and you could tell they were annoyed by it. I know it’s stressful being understaffed, but they made it uncomfortable. They insisted that my mom had gel nails (she didn’t and has never had them) so they put gel on there but neglected to tell us that it’s $20 ADDITIONAL for gel. So rude especially at such an unexpected increase. They switched people on my mom three times and just walked away each time- then the next would slowly come over. Most nail places I’ve been rub your hands when they’re done- the girl handed me the lotion bottle for me to put it on and rub in myself- it was just weird. My nails look fine, but the experience wasn’t pleasant. Their pedicures are amazing though. So I will just keep my business with them for pedicures.
