I highly recommend McKelle for haircuts and colors. My hair is thick and takes forever to color and I’ve always been nervous to get it lightened until I started going to McKelle, I trust her to do it right. She never disappoints. She’s also fantastic at cutting my all my boys’ hair, she’s so patient with my 7 year old who is terrified of clippers and just uses the shears instead. Today I went and had my hair cut by Richard. He did an amazing job and was very meticulous and he paid close attention to my instructions. I showed him some ideas of what I wanted but did not know the specifics of what I wanted. He was kind enough to offer his professional advice and suggestions. I would 100% recommend him. I liked him and the service I received so much that I scheduled another appointment with him in 8 weeks. My only complaint has nothing to do with him. I am a wheelchair user and cannot transfer to a regular chair. For this reason, I was not able to have my hair professionally washed because the wash chairs attach to the sink and cannot be moved to accommodate my wheelchair. But I just washed my hair before going and it was all good. I will definitely be going back!😊
