1st time today with my new car. Started out to be great but at the end it was a downturn You pay 34.99 to run your car through and at the end they just wipe down the windows with a squeegee, they don't even run their towels over the car to dry unless you pay around a 100 with a little extra items done. And with a black car oh it looked bad with water spots all over. So back to quick quack I went and hooked up with their membership for 19.99 for basically the same concept and yes you do have to wipe your own car down But I'm not gonna pay 34.99 for a squeegee windshield.

It was a very bad experience, my car got a couple of scratches after washing. They didn't accept even after showing scratches, the manager was not responsive. I did called manager couple of times, they said will check the CCTV footage and will call me back. But no body called me back till date and nobody showed me the footage.

By far my favorite car wash in town. Always great service and they towel me off and the vacuums have no time limit and are free. I drive across town to get my car washed here. I've done the interior clean out and detailing twice and loved it both times.

They did an awesome job cleaning our car inside and out! Friendly and professional, we will use them again! In fact, we scheduled a full car detail with them in two weeks!

Jeep almost looked better before the wash, at least it was all dirty instead of half clean with dirt streaks everywhere. Looked like it got rained on. Whats worse, it took me half an hour to take off their dang sticker they put on your windshield. Gets nasty adhesive on your glass that's super hard to get off.

I do not recommend this car wash. Somehow the rubber brushes bent my license plate. The front of the car was still had dirt all over it as did the windshield. A decent price but not worth it! The person working there didn't even tell me that my plate was bent when she wiped down my car!

I am a Summer Citizen at the University and have really appreciated having Cache carwash available to keep our CRV in tip top condition. The young people working there are always helpful and courteous. The wash itself does an excellent job. Alan Krob

I went for the first time yesterday. I purchased the $55 car detail package. They did a poor job on the inside. But the really infuriating part is the car wash scratched both my truck and a customer that went in about the same time. When I saw the same scratches on my door as this other customer, I went in and told the attendant. They took pictures and had us fill out a incident report. Since then they've sent us both texts saying we both had the same scratches before we had the car wash. They claim to be able to see the scratches before my truck went through on their security cameras. I knew it was possible that I just hadn't seen the scratches before but when I saw the same scratches on another customer it's obvious we got them there. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Your vehicle is at risk if you go here. UPDATE. I went back to discuss the damage to my truck and they showed me a picture on their phone of the scratches and said they were there before the truck went through the wash. It's possible it did. I could be wrong. My truck wasn't that dirty on the outside before it went through and I'm pretty sure I would have seen them. Also I don't know when the detailers were inside before the outside wash or not and I think it's possible they scratched the outside before it went through the wash. Again, I could be wrong and don't want to unjustly hurt their online reputation if I am. I don't appreciate how they communicated with me after the incident either. Actually the best car wash. They have rubber brushes so it doesn't scratch your paint. They also have affordable details. They dry off your windows afterwards for you.

New rim and kid sprays my windshield to go into the bay I could not see and always listening to music while working wow not a good safe work environment also I Called to cancel my membership and they just Charged me for the whole month 02/23/2022 and they didn’t even refund me so I went to the wash bay on 02/23/2022 for the touch less service and I was declined wow not a good company anymore
