I was hesitant to use this place, as the Google ratings weren't so high. However, when I told them that I would checking the car before leaving, so they took it serious. The kid did a B+ job on the car. Windows were done correctly, which was the only reason I was going there. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming

UPDATE on July 1: I went through for an exterior wash and found the company had cancelled my subscription (without telling me). The manager at the location was very sharp and customer focused. Apparently, the emails go to corporate, and the cancellation came from them after I had my credit card company reverse the charge for the interior cleaning. No response from corporate EVER...just cancelled my subscription. They don't want my business, pretty evident. The little notes following a negative review are just automated responses. If I could deal with the local manager, I'd be happy. Now I'm just a FORMER CUSTOMER. UPDATE on 5/16: After reading the seemingly automatic responses to negative reviews (and there are a lot of them), I contacted the email address below again and said I have not heard from you guys yet, and Monday I will post an updated review. Did not hear from them (probably standard procedure) so I have lowered my review to one star. I am disappointed in the lack of service and no response to correct the issue from them. I cannot recommend them for any service at this point. I am a monthly subscriber for exterior wash, and occasionally pay the extra to have the interior wiped down and vacuumed. This is the 2nd (and last) time they’ve missed large sections of dust on the dash, neglected the dust on the back seat all together, did not wash the inside back window and this time left 2 wet rags in the back seat. This should not be hard work to complete. Very dissatisfied with Cottonwood Heights location. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Paid for the platinum wash later in the day. Got home and noticed there was still dirt on the back hatch and bumper. Brought it back the next morning and because I didn't ask for a receipt the day before they wouldn't let us run it through again. Will be going to Supersonic down the street from here on out.

Inside cleaning is still good but outside has slipped. They don't even wet the car as it enters the wash so the first set of brushes in front hit a dry car. Nice way to cause scratches.

It is a car wash for clean cars, my car was really dirty outside and inside, I paid the most expensive service $40 and I had to go from there to another car wash to clean it myself for $13. My wheels ended up worse than they were and inside it was almost the same as it arrived, you have to vacuum and clean the inside yourself, very bad service.

Mister seems to be the same no matter where you go. Superb wash, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice place to dry of afterward and the vacuums are a nice touch. Remember, you definitely get what you pay for and here is no exception. 5/5

Was just informed I can no longer be a wash member if I refuse to allow their tacky, white sticker to be placed on the windshield of my $140k vehicle. Apparently the 15sec it takes the attendant with the tablet to look me up is asking too much. They also do not offer a service to rinse-off winter floor mats. No place to vacuum the car yourself and not much space to pull over and do any cleaning after the wash. Most other car washes cater better to those that want to clean the car themselves. Location is convenient, and the car was did a decent job cleaning the car. If you just want a quick wash and don’t need to dry or vacuum it’s not a bad place to go.

This is the nicest carwash I have ever patronized! Very friendly and efficient staff, beautiful, clean, fresh coffee and tasty popcorn. Sure would be nice to have in San Diego!

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted 40 dollars here. I spilled my smoothie in my car and chose to get serviced here since they were closest. They are very friendly when you're paying, but that's where it ends. When I apologized for the spill and let them know the extent, the young man rolled his eyes at me before hopping in my car. Okay, it was rude but I was willing to just let it go. When they came to get me, there wasn't a greeting, they just told me my car was done and walked off. I looked in and saw a few spots I wanted touched up but staff had already ran off to finish another car, laughing and joking with that customer. They didn't even try. I ended up pulling over and cleaning my car myself. What is worse, I gave a tip for what I perceived as an inconvenience, when they were paid to do what they couldn't even accomplish, cleaning the darn car. Avoid this place. It is not worth the headache.
