Rating is for their customer service. Absolutely amazing! They were sold out of a swimsuit in my size and called 4 different stores in the area. After no luck, they took my phone number and the employee reached out to her manager to see if they could find it elsewhere. They found my size, shipped it to the closest store to me and kept me in the loop with phone calls. All for one sale. (It was a very cute swimsuit, too!!)

I am in LOVE with Hope Ave. The clothes are the absolute cutest and they have some good summer stuff in. The customer service was great. They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me find everything I needed. Definitely coming back!!

First of all. Any experience I’ve had with employees here has been quite distasteful. They’re very dismissive and do not care for customers needs. The two girls just chatted the whole time and didn’t give anyone the time of day. The other day, I bought a couple of shirts and one was supposed to be 50% off. The girl asked if I got it from the sale rack and I said yes. When I got home I looked back at the receipt and saw they charged me full price. I went back for some sort of assistance and a refund. A different employee was working and she was the exact same. Very dismissive and didn’t lift a finger to help me. She just said that sale items are final sale. A SALE ITEM that I didn’t get on sale. I was going to buy another shirt but after that had no desire. Their clothes are cute but I’m pretty bummed with the absence of any shred of decent customer service.

The employees were very rude and disrespectful. The older lady (the manager I believe) sat behind the desk the entire time and was rude when asked any sort of question.

My wife and I sat at the register waiting on the ONLY employee who was chatting with her friend and trying on merchandise. My wife loves the clothes but the customer service here is terrible. We about walked out.

Great clothes! But the customer service keeps you from wanting go buy anything. I've been in a few times and every time the employees sit around and chat at the checkout and don't so much as turn to welcome you on your way in. There have been times when I've wondered the store for a good 15 minutes without being approached or noticed. But again, cutest clothes.
