I bought a 11 Ford Edge with only 75k miles... I'm obsessed! The mechanic is top notch & the guy who sold me the car couldn't have been more helpful! He explained the car to me in detail & gave me an awesome price ~ couldn't find another one of these cars anywhere & with low miles others wanted way more money! worst experience of my life they sold me a car and cleared the codes on the car be careful the owner will play victim in every single situation they don’t care they put no work into the cars they’re bogus save your coins and go to another dealership.

The owner is not to be trusted promise to repairs on a truck I purchased and would say it’s repaired when wasn’t . Then had to bring the truck back a few times . Never filled the AC like promised. Sold me a truck without a spare tire jack and wrenches then said it was at his house multiple trips to get he forgot to bring to shop . Then said the tire was flat and after many calls and promises that he would replace the spare nothing. After a month of trying. Go somewhere else !

This guy will sell you a vehicle knowingly it will break down. But only after you get a sticker so it doesn’t fall on him. All these bad reviews are for a reason. He’s known to sell broken vehicles and he will do it to you. He’s prices are low because he puts $0 into them and it’ll grab your interest. I’d highly recommend to keep shopping and get a deal elsewhere reliable.

0 Stars - Called this dealership on a Fri evening in regards to a vehicle they had listed for sale. I was told the vehicle was still available and they would contact me, the following day, on Sat. On Saturday they did call to let me know the vehicle was still available, but they would be closing early and i would have to come Monday. I said i would be there 1st thing Mon Morning, when they open at 10 am, and i was assured that the vehicle would be held for me. At this time i tried to give a deposit on the vehicle but they would not take one, Very odd. Monday morning comes, I get to my mom's house, grab coffee, jump in her car and hit the road. 1.5 hr drive to Eagle Auto Sales. Upon arriving at Eagle Auto Sales, 10:20 am, (20 min after they open). I see the vehicle i spoke on the phone to the sales person multiple times is sitting out front, so i walk into the office. I say who i am, and the vehicle i am here to see, and this is when i am told that the vehicle is already sold....... I am writing this review so that If like me you have a long drive, DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!! This dealership will lie on the phone to get you in, and that is not the place you want to buy a car from. I am now happy that i did not purchase the vehicle as im sure it would have had hidden problems, that a dishonest sales person would have not disclosed. I hope you read this review before calling this place.

Alan is always straightforward about what needs to be done (and what doesn't need to be fixed) on my car. All of the guys here do solid work and fairly priced. Its important to have a shop you can trust. I have brought my car here many times and usually a quick turnaround too.
