Place was incredibly clean! Staff ready to help, super kind and knowledgeable. Just didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Always a nice excuse to pop in and see what’s new. Best Buy always has the fun stuff! Totally a toy store for us adults! ☺️ we’ll definitely be back for our next appliance! ~Justin

Got emissions done here. The tall guy (Steven I think?) was super helpful and explained things in a way I could easily understand without making me feel dumb. He seemed to be the only one doing emissions and I was still out of there pretty quickly. Best emissions experience, will definitely be coming back ~Sandra

I went in for emissions and inspection. I forgot my coupon but the mechanic was absolutely willing to still honor it and gave me the discount. So helpful for crazy mom life. They were fast courteous, I parked in the wrong area and they even moved my car for me so I didn’t have to reload all the kids. The other mechanic that wasn’t busy was in the front desk visiting and playing with my young kids keeping them occupied. It was a great experience. ~Jessica

I just saw the mechanic go with customer in a wheelchair to his car to double check the battery type. The customer couldn’t remember. It made my day. By the way, I’m in line to get my second set of tires from Costco. And they were able to get me in right away. ~Susan

Far from friendly. Given this place had decent reviews I thought I'd give it a go. I called to see if they could do dreads & she said to drive down and show her a pic. So, I did. I get there and there's mask signs plastered every where. It would've been polite if she would've mentioned they were still requiring masks when I called-given its 2022. Covid is over... find a new cause. I walk in without one since I just drove all the way there and the lady mentioned the other lady was busy with a customer. I said ok...?? When can I come back? She said when you have a mask on. (Or offered to buy a mask for a dollar) 😂 meanwhile hers was under her nose the entire time. Makes literally zero sense. If you're over this covid political agenda I suggest finding some where else to go. If you're looking for a friendly person to care to help you out and answer questions... find a new place! If you're looking for dreads I found help outside of this place since they obviously don't care for new business. @twistedtreedreads on IG is a great person to reach out to! ~Nicolle

I ordered off Canva, I got an email saying my prints were done, I walked in and got them instantly :) easy as pie. Every print I've gotten here has been clear and high quality. I get sale quality prints of my art here often. I would recommend FedEx's printing to anyone. Melissa who assisted me todat was kind, fast, and had a great smile :D ~Clarissa

I have had to make several complaints due to mail handlers skipping homes when I have a confirmed email that an item is delivered that day. The ads are to be sent on a particular day and they aren't only not sent on that day...they aren't sent at all or they are missing one or more grocery ads. My box flag is broken in half and no one fixed it. Replacing an $80 box because of careless mail handling is deplorable. Based on the other reviews I'm not alone. It seems a management change may be in order! My complaints led to more questions and no answers. Take some pride in your work. Be accountable and if you break it fix it. You get paid a lot more than most to do a quality job so please do it! ~Miss
Wells Fargo Bank
I'm always impressed with the high level of customer service from Wells Fargo. It's clear that they invest a lot into training their employees (stark difference from the two credit unions I also bank with). The staff at this branch is always super friendly. They welcome me right away, help me how I need, and it's clear that they value me as a customer. The manager even came out to the line today to see if any of us needed something he could assist with so that we didn't have to wait. This is why Wells Fargo gets the bulk of my business. ~Liz
