I'm always impressed with the high level of customer service from Wells Fargo. It's clear that they invest a lot into training their employees (stark difference from the two credit unions I also bank with). The staff at this branch is always super friendly. They welcome me right away, help me how I need, and it's clear that they value me as a customer. The manager even came out to the line today to see if any of us needed something he could assist with so that we didn't have to wait. This is why Wells Fargo gets the bulk of my business. ~Liz

Look, I like Zions Bank, they are local and make it easy to talk to a real person. But seriously their technology is garbage. Their website is terrible, their mobile app is terrible. I have a business account with them and I was reconciling my transactions on QuickBooks in preparation for taxes. But guess what, you can't see check images online on anything older than 180 days or a limited number of transactions ago. So, I called, and you have to actually order each check image you want to be printed and mailed to you at a price of $3.00 an image! What?? Are you serious? That would cost me hundreds of dollars to find out what was on those check memo lines or who they were made out to. This is unacceptable. I can see check images years back on Wells Fargo's website. Buy a few more hard drives for your servers for crying out loud, it's not like a black and white low-res image takes up much space. You already have them somewhere if I can order re-prints. Is it on magnetic tape? Microfiche? This is ridiculous. ~Chris

High prices, poor customer service and questionable hygiene practices. On 1 visit clerk used tongs to get food which is awesome but then he grabbed a handful of sauces and placed them in the bag with the food. Not the plastic bag with the drinks but the hot food bag. Gross. On another visit 12:30 pm, lunch time, asked if they had 6 pcs of chicken? Told me yes then because the customer at counter wanted the same told me only had 3. Wouldn't you have more cooking? At lunch time? Never tell a customer no, if you want them to continue to be a customer. Don't slam your window if the customer chooses not to buy your products because there isn't enough. Place has gone greatly downhill since the previous owner. Do yourself a favor, go next door to pink flamingo or down hill to 7-11. ~Michael

Wells Fargo is the company my employer uses for business. I use the drive up window about every other day for deposits. The staff is so incredibly friendly ever time I come. They make me feel like they are truly interested and care. Thank you for being so positive and friendly. ~Jamie
