Best financial institution in Ogden, Utah (UT) 2024

Look, I like Zions Bank, they are local and make it easy to talk to a real person. But seriously their technology is garbage. Their website is terrible, their mobile app is terrible. I have a business account with them and I was reconciling my transactions on QuickBooks in preparation for taxes. But guess what, you can't see check images online on anything older than 180 days or a limited number of transactions ago. So, I called, and you have to actually order each check image you want to be printed and mailed to you at a price of $3.00 an image! What?? Are you serious? That would cost me hundreds of dollars to find out what was on those check memo lines or who they were made out to. This is unacceptable. I can see check images years back on Wells Fargo's website. Buy a few more hard drives for your servers for crying out loud, it's not like a black and white low-res image takes up much space. You already have them somewhere if I can order re-prints. Is it on magnetic tape? Microfiche? This is ridiculous. ~Chris
