Look, I like Zions Bank, they are local and make it easy to talk to a real person. But seriously their technology is garbage. Their website is terrible, their mobile app is terrible. I have a business account with them and I was reconciling my transactions on QuickBooks in preparation for taxes. But guess what, you can't see check images online on anything older than 180 days or a limited number of transactions ago. So, I called, and you have to actually order each check image you want to be printed and mailed to you at a price of $3.00 an image! What?? Are you serious? That would cost me hundreds of dollars to find out what was on those check memo lines or who they were made out to. This is unacceptable. I can see check images years back on Wells Fargo's website. Buy a few more hard drives for your servers for crying out loud, it's not like a black and white low-res image takes up much space. You already have them somewhere if I can order re-prints. Is it on magnetic tape? Microfiche? This is ridiculous.

Called because our title company in MI sent us a check instead of a wire transfer and our bank doesn’t have a branch here. Said they could get us in at 2:30. Should up at 2:20 and got told that someone went in ahead of us and it would be 40 mins or we could make an appointment which is what I thought I had done. won’t bother going back.

Checking deposit slips are always empty outside. It is 11:50 AM and all 4 boxes are empty? Seriously? A few people have mentioned multiple times that they are completely empty (pretty much always).

I have loved working with Jennifer Fillion-Hood at this location. I loved her so much that I gave her permission to have access to my accounts and be my personal banker. It is so nice and convenient to have a personal relationship and to be able to email someone when you need something. I'm grateful for the ease of service they provide.

Over draft fee charged my account 3 times, and for absolutely no reason. I went it to talk to someone about it. They ALSO said they didn’t know, AND that I transferred more money than I had in one account, to another on the mobile banking app, which is IMPOSSIBLE, because it won’t let you. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I am going in tomorrow to close my accounts. NEVER BANK WITH ZIONS BANK

First off, the service here was quick, and the teller was professional and friendly. I brought in a $75.00 check that was drawn on a Zions Bank account, and I was charged $5.00 to cash it because I don't have an account with the bank. This may be standard practice within the banking industry, but it doesn't seem right that a Zions branch should charge $5.00 to cash a check under $100.00 that's drawn on their bank just because I don't have an account with them. It's not like they can't check their customer's account and see if they have sufficient funds to cover the transaction! Realistically, they shouldn't need to charge more than a dollar or two for the "inconvenience" of taking two minutes (or less) to verify a check drawn on their bank.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I would go in person to this branch for any problems we had or with issues with our bankcard, and every time the staff at this branch would make mistakes like misspelling the name on the card or not sending one at all. They have a history of loosing our paper work at this branch. The staff also is slow to help customers and act as though you are inconveniencing them. I have ran into similar issues at other branches. Zions bank worst aspect is it's customer service.

If i can give this branch a -5 i would. These ppl sign me up for a service i didnt request and screwed me over. The customer service would get a -10. Ive worked in banks and these people clearly have no idea on how one works. Most tellers act like this is a part time after school gig. The main office needs to do some serious rearranging in this branch. How can all the other branches get such good reviews, and this one is fo so poor. This is like the branch no one brings up.. smh. About to close my account and go back to chase where there are standards.

Like many, many banks these days, they have drifted away from customer service. This is a large building with several registers, and two people manning bothe the counter and drive through and everything else that you might need. The tellers were courteous, however when they finally helped me, so courteous that they never once asked me for my id, simply took my debit card and have me my balance and printed some checks. In today's world of I'd theft and scammers this is not ok. Not at all, shame on you Zions.

WARNING! Do NOT visit this branch. I just waited 20 minutes to deposit a minuscule amount of money. When I voiced my opinion that the wait time was unacceptable the teller told me that "I could go bank somewhere else." She could have simply thanked me for me feedback and apologized but instead she was rude and did not apologize. I can drive to the South Ogden branch and deposit money in less time than it takes the Ogden branch to just deposit the money. I am disgusted by how this branch treated a loyal customer.
