I'm always impressed with the high level of customer service from Wells Fargo. It's clear that they invest a lot into training their employees (stark difference from the two credit unions I also bank with). The staff at this branch is always super friendly. They welcome me right away, help me how I need, and it's clear that they value me as a customer. The manager even came out to the line today to see if any of us needed something he could assist with so that we didn't have to wait. This is why Wells Fargo gets the bulk of my business.

I had been with Wells Fargo for 3 and a half years. Everyone kept telling me not to bank with them because of the huge lawsuit they had- but I didn't listen. Lesson learned! They robbed me $500 and swore it was in my account when I couldn't see it in my online banking. If you don't want your money to get lost- do not bank here. I closed my account with them today and went to America First. I showed them my bank statements and even 3 loan officers at America first said something was fishy and didn't look right. Like I said, lesson learned. I will definitely be telling everyone about my experience with Wells Fargo.

Used Wells Fargo today to cash a check. The drive up teller was SO NICE; something you don't see often, and she made the experience easy and quick.

Never been treated like I was today. First of all it's very unprofessional ladies to sit there and talk and laugh at clients or customers! This bank has really gone down hill! We will never bank here again and are closing accounts!

Service inside the bank is great but the drive through ATM is about 50 years old and it hardly works. It's a shame

This Wells Fargo bank, flagged my account for counterfeit cash being deposited into their ATM, well what didn't add up, is I had pulled money out of husband's account from their ATM and directly deposited it into my bank account, I never left the ATM.. so bills wont get paid because they decided to flag my account.. I've never had a problem with putting money into my account from the ATM until now, I will be reconsidering if I want to continue with this bank after this.
