Wells Fargo is the company my employer uses for business. I use the drive up window about every other day for deposits. The staff is so incredibly friendly ever time I come. They make me feel like they are truly interested and care. Thank you for being so positive and friendly.

This is the worst location ever. They are not helpful at all and have made a simple process for us dramatically worse and longer. This involved getting my wife's parents off of her checking and savings accounts and putting me on it. Her parents live in AZ so they told us that they had to physically come up to UT to sign some papers. So they did just that and we made it a point to come to the bank. It took about an hour or so at the bank to get the information transferred over. After completing the transfer of the checking account the worker asked if they wanted the savings transferred over too. So we agreed and then went through the similar process and signed more papers. After that we had my information put onto her accounts. Went through that process and I signed some papers. Well now over a month later I never received access to her account and her parents still have access to her checking. My wife emailed the manager and sent over some of the paperwork they gave us and the manager said that we only transferred over the savings account and then gave us instructions for me to access her account through the settings of my own account. I followed them exactly (I'm a CS major) and it results in an error code every time without ever showing her accounts. The manager also had given us two options, either creating a whole new bank account and transferring the funds over(possibly losing the history of her credit cards if they mess that up too) or sending the paperwork (same ones her parents had already signed) to her parents in AZ and then having her parents get their signatures notarized and sent back. Those are apparently the only two options?! They already came all the way up here to sign all of this stuff! Why couldn't we have them send notarized documents in the first place? We have three adult witnesses that the checking account was first to be transferred and then also the savings. So somebody better give us some real solutions or give that worker a little more than a slap on the wrist for literally not doing her job correctly at all. Also, a couple months before I had received a notice in the mail for my own account (I only have a credit card and make payments with an AFCU account) to take in a code(that was mailed to me) into Wells Fargo to have my non-wells Fargo account reviewed(an account with plenty of money and I had used for 10 years). So I did just that and they said everything was squared away and good to go but then a couple days later when I tried to make a payment it gave me the same issue. I didn't have time off that was during banking hours (working part time and a 19 credit hour student) so I couldn't just waltz back in whenever. Eventually a couple weeks later (and a new month) it let me make payments. I contacted online support about the issue and apparently it is just a feature that resets every month. Something the well Fargo worker didn't let me know. So what that tells me is the documents I gave him and submitted didn't even go through. I think there is either an issue with your system or you have some pretty uneducated employees who can't handle a little paper work.

I used to do my banking here through college years, two of the women, I wish I remembered their names (brown curly hair and glasses, and white hair) always treated me like family. Even after a year of being gone I walked in there and they remembered me and asked how all this stuff was going that even family members don't always remember. My wife was a bank teller when we started dating so I know what being a good employee is and what going above and beyond is. Those two women aren't paid enough for the how well they do their job

The people at this branch don't know how to do their jobs, I went in with an estate check(that was wells fargo) WITH my personal representative. They told me I had to put it into an estate account which never existed BECAUSE I had a personal representative. The manager wouldn't even listen to our situation as he "knew he was right". None of the other employees had any idea of what to do and neither did the manager. This branch clearly is the red headed step child of wells Fargo in Ogden. Do not go here these people are under educated and clearly don't know the ins and outs of their own company.

I went to them to cash two checks I had received from my work (I was afraid I would not make it to my credit union before they closed). I asked if I could cash the checks and she told me yes so I did the whole fingerprint on the front and two forms of ID. I was there for at least a few minutes because she was asking me about my job and if I liked it, etc. Right before she goes to hand me my cash she says there will be a $7.50 check cashing charge for each check. Why didn't she tell me that at the very beginning? When I told her that was ridiculous, she said I could just open an account for situations like these. After hearing that I told her I would never open an account with them and never go there again. Another employee came over and started asking me why I would never open an account with them and I told him the same thing. They could not believe that I found a $15 fee absolutely ridiculous. If they charge non-members that, I can't even imagine what they do to their members once they have their money. And they wonder why credit unions are so popular...maybe because they don't rip off their customers. Walmart is across the street and only charges $2 to cash checks (or so they say in their commercials). I will never go to Wells Fargo ever again and I would recommend anyone else finding another place to go (like Walmart).
