Once the oil change happened the lady that was there was amazing at communicating and letting me know what was going on. She gets 5 stars. But when I got there, 3 guys (employees) looked dead at me and kept walking. When I was about to pull away, a 4th gentleman appeared and came over to help. Service: Oil change

I used this shop 6 months ago and had an awesome experience, so much so I sent my boyfriend over today and he had the exact opposite experience,very dissatisfied and he's worried they went to fast and messed up the car. So disappointing! Service: Oil change

I've been using this jiffy lube for emissions and minor repairs. Went in for emissions and registration renewal and they try to tell me my rear brake pads were worn down to the metal and my serpentine and ac belts were cracked bad and needed replaced. All lies except the AC belt had small cracks but was thick and serviceable (normal wear). Serpentine was fine. They quoted 170.00 for belts and replacement! Looked at the rear pads and they were thick. The manager there was implying and pushing for repairs i did not need. I didn't check anything till the next day because i was busy. If i pull up and see the same bearded jokers ill take my business elsewhere SMH. Dont pay have them show you or if you don't know automotive repairs theb beware!

Worse service I've ever gotten & $75 for an oil change and that's after a $23 discount supposed to be they only gave me $20 off. They put the wrong oil in it! They didn't do any of the complimentary services that they checked off on the invoice.. I was the only customer they had. There were two employees, they had plenty of time to do their job properly.... My mechanic couldn't get in for a while and I was overdue, so I decide to go there. WHAT A JOKE! NEVER AGAIN! Yea they were nice. They don’t answer the phone. I don’t drive much now because of gas. My car started vibrating I checked my oil and it’s full half way up the stick. No one will answer my calls. I’m not happy and can’t even drive it any where at this point. They had to have put oil in twice it’s so full. Service: Oil change

I went in for emissions and inspection. I forgot my coupon but the mechanic was absolutely willing to still honor it and gave me the discount. So helpful for crazy mom life. They were fast courteous, I parked in the wrong area and they even moved my car for me so I didn’t have to reload all the kids. The other mechanic that wasn’t busy was in the front desk visiting and playing with my young kids keeping them occupied. It was a great experience.

This place was awesome! I pulled in because my car was making a horrible noise. They diagnosed my car, made the repair, and I was out in two hours. Didn’t even have an appointment. I couldn’t be happier.

The crew took really good care of us. They did a great job and were able to be competitively priced with other auto shops around. We had quite a few things needing to be done and they kept us updated all the while our vehicle was being worked on. Services: Tires, Transmission, Oil change

when I got there I told them I had an emergency repair done on front end. with more repairs that would be done in 2 weeks. however I needed to drive my vehicle for short distances for medical reasons until the rest of the repairs were done in 2 weeks. the guy that helped me there was very honest in telling me that it wouldnt be perfect because of the rest of the repairs needing to be done. i knew this already. but just needed it to be safely driveable while I waited 2 weeks for the additional repairs to be done. then I would bring it in again for another realignment. I really appreciated his honesty about.aligning my vehicle knowing I would be back in 2 weeks to realign again. honesty in auto repair shops is rare. but honesty in repair shops toward a woman there alone is even more rare and greatly appreciated. thank you!

Came in for emissions testing and On The Spot registration renewal. The staff were professional and completed the work very efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
