My experience at the 36th jiffy lube was horrible after getting a oil change . Discovered there A rattling sound and a discovered there was no oil on my in engine. This is in Ogden. I called to notify them what happened after leaving them and talking to Tino the supervisor on said he was not able to fix the problem and he wasn’t going to make no report on this .Thank you for listening. Went for an oil change and they left it a total mess. An employee told me I had a power steering leak, which they were kind to show me where. Made an appointment, and took to my truck to the dealership within the next couple days. However after this oil change I was dripping oil too! Once taken to shop in exact terms from dealership.. "After my tech pulled the skid plate off your engine seal we did on it is bone dry. However it looks like whoever did the last oil service did a very very sloppy job because it's right all over the top of the skid plate and right underneath the drain catch that they would've used. We're still going to clean it up it for you since it's here." The service was friendly, but I didn't like the care for my truck. I have stains in my garage now and another place had to clean up the mess. Service: Oil change

Will probably never use the 36th st location. First of all, the person answering the phone really didn't seem to be all that interested in helping me. He was kind of flippant with his answering of my question. I was super close to this location so I decided I would stop by. 2 cars in the bay and one guy was just standing around laughing. Not sure if it's Jiffy Lubes policy to come out and great their customers (other locations I've been to have). This one, nothing. I decided to just leave and take my business somewhere else..somewhere I know I'll get better service.

These guys were great to work with. They were extremely professional, very quick, and did an excellent job. They even replaced my car hood prop rod so it sits in the correct position. I will absolutely be back here every 5,000 miles. Services: Oil change, Body & Trim, Battery, Electrical

Got emissions done here. The tall guy (Steven I think?) was super helpful and explained things in a way I could easily understand without making me feel dumb. He seemed to be the only one doing emissions and I was still out of there pretty quickly. Best emissions experience, will definitely be coming back
