The branch had several employees, but no one was working they were all on their phones or talking to each other. No managers were present when I asked for a manger they said they were busy picking up food. On several occasions I have walked in and I would only see one teller working, everyone else would be on break or on lunch. They used to have a good team, but now it has gone down hill. So disappointed in this branch!

Rita was an absolute lifesaver God send this morning. As IRS Stimulus was releasing payments to individuals, I ended up being one of them. Unfortunately, they had my old WF information and sent it to my previous account, and was at the risk of getting it sent back. Rita went out of her way calling a multitude of departments to help redirect my stimulus into my current account. Thank you so much! Stay safe.

Slowesssssssst drive-thru in the world. Plan on spending at least half an hour sitting.....every time. On a positive note you could take a nap while you wait. The car behind you will honk when you need to pull forward.

The managers in this location are bitchs and should be here they have a really bad attitude towards customer! If they don’t like there job why be there !! Seriously shouldn’t have them there

All done. I have worked with them for a long time and yesterday was the last straw. Their tellers have so much attitude its unbelievable. If you have to use Wells Fargo, go to 36th street. They are smarter and nicer there. Not me though. I walked down to Am 1st and opened new accounts there.
