One of the worst usps in the USA. One problem after another. God forbid you move, have your mail repeated held or cancelled for no reason. Terrible hours, thanks for screwing up again now I get to spend my lunch half hour at the post office getting things straightened out a 3 time in 4 weeks. Its too bad you cant rely on getting important documents through the mail. Too bad this is the only postal service available.

Aiko does a wonderful job helping with passports! She is pleasant, efficient, and great to work with. We had to rush the process for my son, and she took care of everything. I highly recommend making an appointment at this location to work with her.

I have a po box here so I have my packages delivered here. UPS states they delivered my package here and that Alan is the one who signed for it. Person who works in the front confirmed there is a Alan who works there but yet they dont know where my packages is as are not willing to help me. Made it clear that it is not their problem its not there even though their employee signed for it and will not do nothing about it.

The ads are to be sent on a particular day and they aren't only not sent on that day...they aren't sent at all or they are missing one or more grocery ads. My box flag is broken in half and no one fixed it. Replacing an $80 box because of careless mail handling is deplorable. Based on the other reviews I'm not alone. It seems a management change may be in order! My complaints led to more questions and no answers. Take some pride in your work. Be accountable and if you break it fix it. You get paid a lot more than most to do a quality job so please do it!

Mail on hold not delivered then I get a notice when I go to track my other package and it says not accessible ,IT IS ONE OF THOSE NEIGHBORHOOD MULTI MAILBOXES!!! VERY ACCESSIBLE!! Been getting mail there for over a year now. Mailman must be napping on the job.

Marked my packages as delivered. I received all of them except for one. The ones that I did receive were marked as “delivered to mailbox” and the one that I didn’t receive was marked as “delivered to front porch”. I have been home all day and constantly checking for these packages. There is no way that the missing package was ever delivered to my front porch. Trying to call the local usps is impossible as they do not have their number listed in google (only their toll free number). When you try to speak to someone via the number provided you will be forced to listen to 1000000 other options even if you say “speak to an agent”. When you finally navigate their insanely complicated menu you will be put on hold indefinitely until you die. Whenever I have packages delivered through other carriers I never have these problems. USPS has failed me almost every time.
