Went through the drive thru.. was friendly service... was out of one of the items but understood with pandemic shortages. Prices in NC much better than in NY... but they forgot items and I had to go in and then wait for the items to cook. Could have told me in the drive thru it would be a couple of minutes for them to be ready.. 2 pies... not long to fry. But to give me my order like it was all there and then I go in and they had to cook them made me feel like they gave me my order hoping I wouldn't notice. But my fiance was happy with getting Popeye's so that was all that matters... if you go through the drive thru... check your bag before leaving the window

Customer service could definitely use some work! One day they told me it was a 40 minute wait on chicken and asked me if I wanted to wait. Another day they told me they were out of chicken. Some days are great and others are horrible. The macaroni and cheese is different every time I go. Very inconsistent!

Well, my adult son and I just went into this Popeyes location! For starters we walked in and there was an enormous puddle of water on the floor that covered the entire register and pick up area!!! The entire staff including the manager who was an older woman were kidding and joking around! We stood there for approximately 10 min while the fiasco went on! No one acknowledged us, greeted us, or asked if they could take our order! They just laughed, joked, and sang! I will never visit this location again while residing in Knightdale! How unprofessional of the manager and what a bad example! It’s one thing to have fun while working, but when customers enter the place of business it should rectify as such that! So much for that Popeyes craving tonight, I am over that!!!

Food was good even though my order was wrong. (Didn’t realize it till I left) but the employee’s are all rude and give you the meanest looks. They could definitely use some customer service skills.

The manager here is a seriously high point of the experience. She is professional, friendly and clearly has the respect of her team. One of the experiences ever in any business. She should be promoted, she is a gem. This is over a number of visits and watching her interaction with staff and customer. However, when she is not here, I have had less than decent service unfortunately. The attitude and poor interaction of some staff needs work. It’s such a contrast of experience. Edit: today I stopped and the attitude and rudeness of the drive through lady with the purple hair is going to lose me as a customer. Several times now. Nasty, rude, for no reason. If you really need to treat the customer like garbage, I can go to cookout next door instead.

The food is always amazing of course. What really warmed my heart was the evening shift employees on January the fourth 2022. Literally 2 days ago. Women with big hearts. I'm not sure if they will even see this but they will know who they are and just know that my two little girls and I are truly thankful and want forget the kindness and understanding you showed us. The service was friendly enough, but my sandwich had either been sitting too long, or it was fried in old oil, it tasted horrible. By the way what's the story with all the employees wearing their mask beneath their nose? Proper training on the wearing of a mask is in order for everyone including the manager.

I don't know about any other entrees, but the chicken sandwich is everything it's reputed to be. The red beans and rice were darn near as good. Probably worth the extra workouts to burn it off. Staff was still amiable with good service despite the viral mania and big crowd.

This is a relatively new location... having a retro southern decor... Very clean and bright...the personal we're attentive and polite... The food was tasty though alittle commercial in flavor, not what I remember from the Popeyes I grew up with in Texas... I was hoping to have some "boudin" which is a tasty Louisiana staple...I would recommend this store....
