As bad as the wait and inside of the office is, don’t try calling either. They don’t pickup the phone, you’ll just get put on hold, asked to stay on hold, then redirected three separate times.

I went in to this location to open up a business account. I was directed to the banker to get this address. He asked me for my paperwork STANDING UP in the middle of the lobby. Didn’t offer a seat and gave VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service alone made me not even want to conduct business at this bank. Again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They won’t let you in without a mask while they have several employees without them on or hanging off half of their face. If you make us do it then they should be doing it as well

Just drove up 30 minutes before they are supposed to close and they were putting cones out on the drive through (inside is closed so drive through is the only way to get service) I guess the staff just close whenever they feel like it. It’s bad enough it’s only open 3 hours on Saturday. But to then close early as well. Guess it’s time to switch banks.

Terribly managed. Waiting in line right now in the drive thru, both lanes open, 1 car has left in the last 20 minutes. If they don't want to work, they should just close.

The staff are friendly but this location is tiny, run down and needs some decor! Corporate has SERIOUSLY neglected this location. I blame the regional manager completely. The safe deposit boxes dont work properly and the room to view your box in is disgusting, dark and tiny.

Everyone working here besides MARISSA seems to like working here except her! The lady was really rude. Honestly wished I had someone else rather than her to assist me. Plus it was super busy! I don’t know what her problem was but I will not be going back to this location!! Go to the other Wells Fargo in Auburn! They are so much better than this dump.

My family and I came into Wells Fargo to open four new accounts on the 21st (yesterday). While sitting for a few minutes, Jill King (also greeted us when we walked in) came to get us to see what she could do for us. She got us settled in, asked a few questions then proofs. She spoke in such an upmannering, professional way. She was personal, humorous, so sweet, kind and enjoyed helping us. She answered any question, she laughed with us. She made this experience everything that it is. She cared about our time. Knew we all had a long day and wanted to help us get finished and all set up. HONESTLY, Jill K is the best employee I have seen working in Auburn, AL in over 5 years. She is the most incredible woman that could have been there yesterday. Absolutely awesome. I’ll never forget this experience. I’m moving soon and she left Auburn AL a great place in my mind! If you ever read this Jill, thank you once again. I’ll recommend you to everyone I know.

Terrible customer service. I just had a bad experience. I was waiting for just simple stuff. When I talked to the teller ,k***, she said can't do that and told me to wait at the other personal bankers. I have waited for more than 20 mins and even though I came earlier I was the last person who was been asked for what I needed to do. The manager was asking people why they came. When she asked me last I told her why I came. She said I can do that with the teller and I explained. She said the teller K was new so she didn't know. I think inthat case since she was in charge of the teller and all business in the bank she had to apologize for what happened. But she didn't. She didnt even finish the conversation and talked to the person next to me. I waited again and went on for teller line. I met the K teller again and ai explained she said nothing. No courtesy, no apology. Is this the courtesy that you guys concentrated in one word???

No organization or management. Poor Customer service. Attempted simple transaction but staff could not execute. Pathetic. I have been with WF bank since 1978 and have never seen any operation this bad.
