The facility itself is perfectly laid out with multiple ways to position trucks and enter doors to get you as close to your unit as possible. And it is clean!

Banner Elk Self-Storage has been a lifesaver for us on multiple occasions - including now. The facility is clean, the lighting is good, the climate controlled units really are (we've experienced ones elsewhere that didn't meet my definition of climate controlled). The service is friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this facility.

Very friendly and efficient staff! I did all paperwork remotely, and when I was first coming to the unit it was after hours. But, by phoning them I was able to get the unit number from them, they unlocked it for me, and I got my items loaded in just fine. The unit was clean, and they even provided the lock for it. Thanks very much for the GREAT move-in experience

The lovely lady working was amazing she was so understanding that we needed the storage unit ASAP due to a house fire we had to put our stuff in storage! She took the payment over the phone and did everything through email while I was at work! So I when I got off I could start moving in quickly!
