I love this storage property so much more than the one I had before. It's better maintained, quiet, and more affordable. Their staff was super helpful Gina (I think her name was) gave me personalized attention and made sure all my questions were answered when I was inquiring about switching over. Raven helped me get all set up and checked in. Both were very personable and made the transition very easy for me. I'm definitely going to stay here for a while!

I work for a local moving company called Asheville Area Movers, and we have had to load and unload customers’ belongings at this location of SmartStop self-storage many times. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I have worked at this location, and Gina is such an absolutely amazing employee. She is always in such an amazing and happy mood. She tends to every customer present at the complex and makes sure their needs are met. She is undoubtedly the sole reason why this SmartStop location is so pleasant, and she makes SmartStop a better company as a whole!
