I cannot even begin to describe the experience with this pharmacy and specifically Tyler the pharmacist and Jesse the worthless "manager". Fred Meyer must be scrapping the bottom of the barrel with employees. I will spare you all the depressing details, but know, if you have an issue, you will be faced with excuses, lies and how sorry they are for any "inconvenience" you may experience. When I get my final RX, that they have held hostage, this pharmacy and grocery store will permanently be in my rear-view mirror. I am normally not a Karen about these things but when customer service hits this low, I will say something! Hey Tyler- do what’s right, not what the screen says. Think for yourself.

I have used this pharmacy for many years, and some of the employees are great, but a few of them are just incredibly rude, when I go out of my way to be nothing but friendly and understanding. I'm a very simple customer, I always have my information ready, I never have questions or concerns, nothing like that. After my last experience there, I will never return to this pharmacy again. I hadn't received the confirmation message that they received my prescription, and it had been a week since my doctor sent me a message saying they sent it there. I simply asked if they had received the prescription from my doctor, and the woman immediately gave me attitude, and I continued to try and explain the situation to her, and show her that my doctors office sent me a text saying they had sent it to that pharmacy. She responded by saying "Your doctor sends you text messages?!" And rolls her eyes!!! I continue to try and be pleasant, and I say "It's an automated message that my prescription was sent here. Would you like to read it?I have it right here." She barely looks and says 'oh no I can't read that', so Id had enough said, so I said 'That's okay, I'll find a pharmacist that can read, thanks so much for all your help', started walking away and she LOST IT! She even had the nerve to say that I was being rude! Ma'am I hope you read this, and I hope you realize what an unpleasant person you are!!!

I have tried multiple times to use this pharmacy over the last six months. Hoping it would be easier since I tend to do a lot of my grocery shopping at FM. Oh was I wrong... All of the pharmacy staff members are rude and rushed whether that’s on the phone or in person. I have worked with two pharmacists and 4 technicians. Every single one of them would benefit from a customer service work shop or training program. But the real problem is my medications NEVER being ready when I get a notification via call or text message saying it is. So I finally started calling before I go to the pharmacy prior to picking up my medications, which is a huge waste of time because no one ever wants to answer the phone. Even if I verify that my medications are ready with a LIVE person it never is. I have had prescriptions filled for myself, my husband and my daughter. Due to the serious lack of competence at this pharmacy we will be switching.

I have been filling at this pharmacy for more than a year (probably 2 years by now) and for the first year I was easily able to pay cash for my prescriptions and was familiar with the staff and felt welcome. That has completely changed. I have molina insurance and since it has been reinstated, it's like I'm a completely different person to them. My prescription, literally only one, that I've been filling for this entire time, is always held up in prior authorizations and they refuse to let me pay cash for it (like I ALWAYS did before) and get reimbursed by molina if they decide to approve it. The result is that I go without my medication and that is completely unnecessary and insane. They are a pharmacy, one that is familiar with both myself and my one medicine that I try to fill there every single month. It's actually really sad because I am desperately trying to stay with this pharmacy because they do know me and I have been going here for a while and their prices are unbeatable... but it's like they're trying to lose my business. Terrible job. Avoid this place if you ever get judged by your prescription, or insurance, because they will make your life a nightmare.

Generally have had great interactions with the pharmacists and technicians whenever I have come here in the past. However lately when I've been here the lead pharmacist Randal has not been wearing a mask properly, with it being drastically cut down on the sides so it is not effectively covering his face as his mouth is still visible and does not contain his face. Not only does it make him look uneducated and unprofessional especially for his trade but it also puts his colleagues and clients (many of whom I would guess are immunocompromised per the nature of his work). Great to see such a great industry example in a healthcare field in a vulnerable part of Spokane. Seems there is zero accountability for this at this location as I have seen it multiple times.

Every time we have a prescription sent here there are issues with them receiving the prescription. Doesn’t matter from what doctors office, every time there’s an issue. Even though we live 5 min away, our family now has to switch pharmacies because we cannot afford problems receiving our medications when we need them.

Allison literally hung up on me. My fiance is picking up meds for me as I'm bed ridden after surgery. For whatever reason theyre always rude to her. Big ordeal and very unprofessional. Will be switching pharmacys.
