The pharmacist here is always unnecessarily rude and sometimes just kinda mean. I ultimately changed pharmacies because I dreaded having to get prescriptions from here.

This place has been consistently flaky and awful with filling my medication which treats many life threatening conditions I have. I finally switched pharmacies entirely because they started filling my medication (which is a controlled substance) with a completely different medication (also a controlled substance) that I am incredibly allergic to despite me never having been prescribed that medication in the state of Washington. How is this even possible, or legal?

I really like Fred Meyers. I've been shopping here for over 15 years. The only reason why I have a four-star is because sometimes some of the cashiers,pharm tecs do not help with coupons when I think they should or use member # for someone that needs one. ,Also if cashiers always helped find coupons for meds in pharmacy & other items, it makes the world a difference !! To have someone help you that way keeps people coming back. Has earned my loyalty. They have kind friendly staff . Pharmacy that's been servicing my family for years. But I wish their drive-thru would open up again!! That is why a four star .But I know that has to docovid,latch of staff. Fred's has great sales. Love the app.Also the pick up service is awesome 👍😎 Thank you Fredmeyer!!

These people aren’t just unhelpful and incompetent. They’re blatantly rude every time we interact. We just switched our whole family to Rite Aid.

On several occasions I have ordered prescription pick up and get to store and told could not pick up as scheduled. Today had to get special transportation to pick up necessary prescription ordered on 12/22 which stated would be filled by 12/24. Due to inclement weather did not get there till today. Told could not pick up because doctor had not responded to fax. I explained it was very critical to get I was out.Ask if Pharmacist could contact doctor. Told by clerk No and then I asked if could speak to Pharmacist said no they had done all they could do. What does a person need to do to get professional service at your pharmacy. No more I will seek out another pharmacy that provides professional customer service.

Natalie in the pharmacy is a lifesaver! She always provides extraordinary customer service and is so patient with any billing/insurance questions that I may have. This pharmacy seems super busy any time I come but she's never rushed or rude. You guys are my preferred pharmacy for a reason!

I’ve been off my medication for months because every time I come in to pick it up they’ve thrown my prescription out and have to order more. Staff is nice but honestly I’d rather have my medication than have someone politely tell me they threw it out for the 7th time in a row. Just call me a slur and give me my hormones.

I'm always on hold for an unreasonable amount of time in order to fill a medication that cannot be filled from the app or by the automated refill service by phone. The wait time by phone is long and I have had technicians be rude to me. There seem to be frequent billing issues, I had a technician argue with me I could not bill my insurance and a coupon. I have pharmacy experience and this is not the case, someone else had to re-bill the medication at the register instead of doing it correctly when requested over the phone, wasting the pharmacist's time and my time. It also concerns me for if I did not have insurance billing knowledge I would have paid a much higher price for my medication. I do hope other patients here are receiving discounts and savings where appropriate. If this pharmacy were not close to me I would not fill here. It took 8 minutes on hold by phone the most recent time for a refill request and usually takes about 10-15 minutes of holding on average. A refill request should take 30 to 60 seconds of verbal communication when all of the information is correct. It is very unfortunate that there is an environment here created by staff causing great stress in order get necessary medication.

Friday morning I called in to renew a prescription and the computer said it would be ready at 5:00 that evening. I went in on Saturday late afternoon to pick it up and was told that it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. Apparently it was being processed by an ”offsite facility”. Then while heading home I get a text that my prescription is ready to be picked up. And we all ask ourselves why our health care is all screwed up. It’s time to bring the free market back to health care and prescription drugs!

They have, and continue to, go over and above to be helpful with all my perscrption needs. Have just switched all my records from a once local grocery chain that can't figure out if they are in or out of business to Fred's. Thanks to all your staff for Five Star Service. UPDATE 2/1/2018...Went in to pick up a prescription last night. My insurance refused to pay what they are paid to take care of. I really needed to utilize the product and opted to pay out of pocket. Would have been just about $100.00. The pharmacist took it upon himself to call around and find what discount pharmacies would charge via internet sales. He reduced the cost to match that figure and saved me over $65.00. He did not have to do that, I didn't ask him to, this is exactly why I utilize them. THANK YOU !!
