If you call after 1030 am, you will wait on hold for over 20minutes. I made the mistake of hanging up and calling back in and my second hold has now reached 21minutes. Would be quicker to just walk in if you're short on time. Would be better to use a different pharmacy if you're insurance will allow it.

Sends out notices that medications are "Ready Now!", but when you show up an hour later they haven't even started working on it. FIGURE IT OUT.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. They were sent an urgently needed prescription 3 times but they never filled it or acknowledged that it arrived even after me and doctor's office followed up multiple times. The didn't even ask me how to spell my name to make sure they were pulling up the right information. Do not use this pharmacy.

I waited over one hour past my appointment time to get a vaccination! Staff was rude. When I went to remind them I was still waiting, they told me to “Go sit down”.

I just used this Pharmacy, for the first time, and I was shocked and so HAPPY at the fantastic price I got for my meds. Plus, the Pharmacist was able to get a much larger quantity than I got from the previous store I used. Will definitely be using this Safeway as my go-to for my prescriptions in the future!

My prescriptions are always ready when “the machine” calls and says they are. The pharmacists and staff are very kind and friendly. Every now and then there is a long line to get help in the pharmacy. I think they are understaffed (who isn’t?) and help each person professionally and as quickly as they can.

Thank you pharmacist Thong for expediting my child's medicine for croup. First the dr sent the prescription to the wrong Safeway location, then the pharmacy didn't have the product. Pharmacist Thong immediately called the dr to get it switched. All together 40 mins for a prednisolone prescription. It felt like an eternity for a worried-sick mother. But considering the issues with the prescription, timing was quick! Thank you for working on my script with a sense of urgency! I will come back. This is my neighborhood pharmacy!

Don't ever count on a prescription getting refilled on time or even close with this place. I wonder if that's why their lines were so incredibly long too. These people seriously don't know what they'd doing. It's like they have made a point of *never* having a prescription ready when they say they will. I'd end up calling this place 3-4 times about every single refill before they'd ever be ready. And yes, I'd always call well (sometimes an entire day) after each one was supposed to be ready according to whatever their last estimate was. Other times I'd call in a refill and then when I'd call back to check if it was ready, it was as though I never called it in to begin with.
