Not only failed to get my company a 26FT refrigerated truck, but failed to repair the turbo in a 16FT truck. This was planned for a month and the repair of the turbo should of been completed by Wednesday, and now my boss stuck on the side of the road waiting for service. Will provide an update on what happens next, but now We have to possibly wait for a truck from Chicago which is well likely over 3 hours to deliver without including the wait time. Strongly reconsider who you rent from. Update as promised: the truck broke down again and this time safety was involved. The only option was to wait for a truck from Chicago. Again, we planned this out for a month but their ineptitude allowed for this to happen. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

We came to pick up a rental truck all the way from Chicago, truck wasn't great but Benjamin sorted it out right away with giving us a brand new Freightliner. Definitely one of best Penske locations I've been to.

Except for renting me the CRAPPIEST 26 FT. TRUCK which gave me nothing but trouble at least the gentleman who is a training manager that I returned the truck to at least treated me with dignity and respect that evening. Unlike the person who waited on me that morning and I know his name but I'll just use his 1st initial of his name "R" I think he was rude and could care less and it made me more mad I had to rent another truck to protect my very fragile glass curio cabinets. I have rented from Penske for many YEARS. This had me pretty upset for the fact I had movers waiting and I was paying by the hour. "R" didn't care, I had asked for another truck. I will NEVER RENT from this location ever again. They have beat up crappy wore out trucks that cost a fortune to rent and a employee whose name starts with a "R" who could care less.

These guys really made it happen for me after the truck I "reserved" from U-Haul was an hour and a half away. The gave me a better deal without negotiation and they made sure to work around my schedule. Love these guys.
