The two staff-members helped me to understand the increased coverage area in S.E. Oregon (since the merger with Sprint), ... and the importance of keeping the antenna in our mobile device clear of the protective backing of the Otter case. Cody Thomas the store manager here is amazing. Welcomes you with hello and a smile as you come in. I have been coming here a few years.I recommend this store because of Cody. Hes patient, helpful and knows this business well. He's always ready for a new challenge. As I have had a few phone iusses.He makes sure to take care of a busy lobby,multi tasking is he's expertise. Went to this store a few days ago, first thing off the bat it is clean. The staff adheres to health and safety guidelines. Everything is sanitized. I was immediately greeted at the door. The rep Cecilia was amazing by not only helping me sign up. She went the extra step to help me move my number and contacts over. She was very professional. One thing I noticed that I wish google could update, is this store should not be confused with the other T-mobile location in south Salem. As I was signing up the manager Stephanie was helping a elderly couple with their phones. She was not only super polite, but very sympathetic to their dilemma. This couple was expressing their frustration with the other location and how it was taking DAYS, I KID YOU NOT DAYS. To get a phone of their choosing. Stephanie had these guys in n out in 30 mins, with smiles and new phones. You want to switch over networks fine but do so at this store. At the end of the day you will want to learn their names there. The level of support offered at this location exemplifies how a company grows and retains its customers. The product can be great but the people have to be to.

I have to share my experience with this team. Jacinda assisted me, I hope I spelled that right. I needed to unlock my phone as I recently left tmobile and had accidently done a temporary unlock. Jacinda contacted customer service for me since I had lost service when my temporary unlock dropped. The customer service rep told me sprint would need to help me as it was a sprint phone.. That was news to me since i bought it and paid tmobile payment on it. After doing some research that issue disappeared it was suddenly a tmobile phone now.. After a few he tried multiple time to unlock it, kept verifying that it was my number and a Samsung s9. I was told my closed account had a balance of $10.00 and it wouldn't unlock. I offered to pay the amount around 4 times but the rep just kept telling me the unlock wouldn't work. At this point he told me they would need to do something that would take 3 days to unlock the phone. Cody jumped in and was looking at my account trying to understand what was so complicated. Jacinda got my acct number and the two of them took my payment and unlocked my phone using the app. This was a simple fix and jacinda and Cody recognized the issue and solved it. I am pretty sure the stores don't handle this stuff normally but they went out if their way to help me. I recommend these two for service. Thanks you guys.

I have been in several T-Mobile centers, but never one to match the service here. Friendly, knowledgeable, goes over and above regardless of the time necessary. I pass several others on the way but it is worth it. I am electronically challenged but they came to my level and made sure I understood. Kainoa is superb.

Wow!!! There was ONE person at the front. Everyone else who works there was either in the back off the clock and in their pajamas, or as the clerk up front said, they just didn’t want to help her. She was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated. We spent an hour in there waiting. With one person ahead of us. The minute it was our turn, she decided to help us, and the lady behind us. At the same time. But guess what? She stopped helping us and just helped the person who came in after us. When we went to cancel our order, her attitude changed and she was rude as hell. A real crab if you will.

Was having a service issue after upgrading my phone and the T-Mobile on South Commercial St could't figure out how to fix it. Lucky I stop by this T-Mobile and the young female customer service rep was able to figure out the issue and fix it incredible fast. If I ever have a service issue again definitely coming back to this T-Mobile.

Yesterday I had my first experience here - IT WAS REMARKABLE! Gage, the associate who assisted me, was an angel - quite literally!!! He handle my unique circumstances with empathy, compassion, and kindness. I'm blown away! There are not enough good words to describe how he took what could been a heartbreaking and stressful situation and turned it into an uplifting and positive one instead. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! His fellow colleagues were also warm and welcoming. Very very impressed. Would give 100 stars if I could, in earnest.

I was helped by Kainoa, and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me pick out the perfect screen protector, and applied it for me. He gave the covid regulations, and treated me like a human thorough the process - he was great. will definitely be going back to this store only from now on. 10/10 recommend
