My mother has has had terrible experiences every time she goes to this branch. She made an appointment and even had a print out of proof of appointment, shows up on time and the manager was extremely rude telling her that she doesn't have an appointment. There was nobody else there, and they could easily of been accommodating and tried to figure something out, but instead were dismissive. My father just died and all she needed were some forms to deal with that. Shes been with this bank for 45 years it's extremely disheartening to keep hearing these stories of her being treated so poorly. Please train your staff to not be so rude.

I don’t give too many 5 stars all that often but feel this branch is deserving of positive praise and feedback. I recently moved to the area and have found that not only is the atmosphere a huge plus over the last branch I banked at with WF, but also the employees and manager seem and act genuinely interested in their customer interactions. The manager is professional and courteous and trusts his bankers to help each customer to the best of their ability. Special kudos to Sabrina who has been assisting me through all the changes and some one offs that have popped up as a result of my move. Also while banking in this specific location, found that security procedures (from what I could see) were being taken seriously by each of the staff and their professionalism wasn’t compromised as a result of taking the extra precautions. As a customer of the bank for almost 20 years, I am happy to see this. Keep up the good work guys and gals! 🙌🏼

I'm writing this review on the behalf of Hassan/Harry. Many hours of time has been wasted recently. Money was illegally withdrawn from his account, and the bank has been everything but helpful. He has the documentation stating that the $7k funds be returned, but they are coming up with hoop after hoop for him to jump through. Very aggravating and unhelpful.

I was at this Branch today on my way home from work a company refunded my old account which was closed but they said they would still be a balance of $100 in there and the tell her acted like I was trying to Steel or be fraudulent, I did not have my card to that account as it was closed and I destroyed it so I gave her my ID but she still acted very rude.

I normally go to the location in down town LO which has a great staff to take my business deposits, sometimes there are a few. This was my first time at this location. I looked in my deposit bag and jokingly said, "there's a few in here I normally just throw it to the girl at the other location and she sorts it out, can I do that here?". The gentleman behind the counter responded with, "well if you throw it at me you might get an adverse reaction" and then something about handing it to him. I couldn't believe how rude and smug he was. I will not be returning, especially because the manager had just introduced herself to someone next to me and did not say a word regarding his behavior.

I love this branch, it's the best one in the Lake Oswego/Tigard/SW Portland area. Efficiently operating and friendly staff who try to go out of their way to help whenever possible. People giving 1 star reviews for some insignificant incident should grow thicker skin.
